I hope that if you're reading this you didn't do our mistake and didn't buy car from this dealer :). They sold a car that after a day started to smell really bad with wet dog. Absolutely uncomfortable it was! We did a deep clean and paid for this-did not help. And found out dogs hair and SAND under the batery cover and seats....A LOT OF it. Unbelievable! After 6 days car broke down. We were 150 miles away from home. And even tho they gave us 3 months of warranty we were strugelling really bad with this company to get sorted the recovery. In the end we decided to return the car. Long story but finally managed to get my money back. Also we found out that company gave fake information about the car (one former keeper where there were 2 former keepers) on their webside so I advise you to pay and do the car check. Stay away. Be smart and look for more reviews online. Before you decide to buy car. Whatever dealer it would be.

Don’t buy from this garage. I wouldn’t want anyone to be absolutely rinsed like I have. I bought BMW 318d in July, 12 days later the front suspension collapsed with my baby, partner and dog in the car. I was stuck there for 2 days as the Autoguard Warranty and Recovery that came with the car are not worth the paper it’s written on. I paid myself for it to be recovered. I had to fight tooth and nail to be reimbursed for the money I paid for the repair on the car. 3 months later. An array of faults have flashed up on the dashboard. I taken to the closest “Autoguard approved” garage and I’ve had a bill for £1900 and the warranty covers none of it. I’ve covered less than 1000 miles in this time and have a death trap that now will be sold for buttons. £6500 out of pocket. Thanks M5 Motors 👍

Purchased a car from here. Less then 24hours later and I’ve had nothing but problems. The car is now undriveable and is also unsafe. I had explained to him we needed a reliable car as it was going to be our family car and what he has sold us is the complete opposite. In four weeks we have to pick our new born up from hospital or even less and we now have no car to move house or to even go to work. He has refused to fix it and is now refusing to give us a refund. He has said I have to pay for everyday I’ve used it witch isn’t even 1day and I have to pay to get it recovered to his garage witch will be 100pounds. I am left now with a car I paid top money for with thousands of pounds worth to fix that doesn’t drive and insurance I’m paying and tax. This man is unhonest not trustworthy and selling unsafe and unsatisfactory Cars. Stay well away

Bought a car from here, within 24 hours I had various problems which led to the car being undriveable. Not prepared to fix the issue or pay full refund which I am entitled to within 30 days. The cars damage of issues is well over £2,000 and they had just cleared all the lights out when buying it after a full garage report from when I got home. Trading standards it is :)
Got the car home, after filling with Petrol, instant leak. Glad car didn’t set fire. Now I have no car, it’s in the garage for a week. Is it really ok to sell a car with a Petrol leak that puts people lives at risk ?
I purchased a used car 2 weeks ago and was unable to take it for a test drive because of covid restrictions. On driving home I noticed a knocking and rattling noise from underneath, they looked at it 3 times and said they are unable to find the fault. I'm am entitled to a full refund but they refuse to give me a full refund. They said I will get a partial refund, deducting £25 per day that I had the car. That's about £450. I have spoken to trading standard who will be escalating the matter

Travelled to buy our son’s first car having paid a holding deposit. We noticed some poor paint work on front and rear wing, most likely resulting from repair due to damage. The advert said the car was in good condition with good bodywork! We decided not to buy the car for obvious reasons and asked for the return of our deposit which they refused. We have since written to them and have received no response. We will be taking legal proceedings.

Ann in response to Avoid at all costs
Hi,did you get your money back?
We bought a car from M5 motors whilst travelling through the area so our decision was a little hasty; we wont make that mistake again! My husband test drove the car and we bought it there and then and went on our way. I followed him in our vehicle and noticed smoke coming from the exhaust. We had an hour and a half travel to get home but after an hour the car started to lose power. We managed to get home and contacted M5 who initially made all the right noises. Two garages near us said it was the head gasket and that M5 must have been aware. M5 were then very difficult and even asked us to share some of the cost! We thankfully paid on credit card which gave us protection and M5 knew it. After alot of email and text correspondence M5 reluctantly paid us back for the vehicle and came to collect it. This was after we told them the credit card company would be claiming the money back. M5 even threatened us stating if the credit card company took the money and we still had the car we would be reported for theft! Please do your research and go elsewhere. If you really want a car from these people, pay by credit card for added protection, or they will leave you high and dry if anything goes wrong. I wish we had seen the other reviews before buying from them. We were left out of pocket for insurance, fuel and garage costs which they said they would pay for but haven't.
