Staff were very friendly and I didn’t feel as though I was being pushed into buying the vehicle. Car had been valeted before I went to visit and then went for a test drive. Overall very good service and am happy with my first car.

I drived over 100 mile for an appointment, they did not show up the price of the care was higher than agreed, the owner of the car did answer the phone Unprofessional 1 star
If I could give 0 stars I would. Dealing with this dealer has been the worst experience in my life. I purchased a BMW 330i MSport back in November 2019 and it's been nothing but trouble. 2 weeks in I found that the car has had a heap of problems, which already ended up costing me £800, and a further £1030+ is required to cover the remainder of the repairs. The car was sold to me with hidden faults and a ripped out LED for the engine management light! This has gone beyond a joke, I was in contact with Imran from M5 Motors and was told that they would cover the costs of the repair, after agreeing to their offer, they backed out and said that I should repair it under the warranty (The warranty would cover 50% and M5 Motors would cover the other 50%). I was hesitant but wanted to get it sorted as fast as possible so I got in touch with the contact warranty company to get everything sorted. After this, M5 Motors has told me that they would put £500 towards repairing the car. Again, I agreed. I haven't had a response back from them for over 1 month, and every email I send is just getting completely ignored. Absolutely unacceptable. This company is a joke, everybody should stay away . If nothing is sorted out I will be taking this matter to court.

My son bought a car from M5 Motors in West Bromwich. AVOID Said car had just been serviced by the garage coolant was below min oil and filter was black. Put a new mot on the car 3 tyres are almost bold.
I personally had a great experience buying my car from M5 Motors. I was helped by Emran who was really friendly and helpful. He explained absolutely everything you can think of to me in great detail from start to finish so I could make an informed decision on what I wanted to do. He never pushed me into anything, I felt completely at ease. Overall a great experience and I would definately recommend speaking with Emran Thank you for all of your help

Drove for 2 hours to look at a car at M5 Motors - my daughter fell in love with it and we left a £250 deposit which I got the owner to write on the receipt was refundable once we got the AA to check the car over...he was reluctant to do this but did..The AA inspected the car and found 4 major faults and several minor faults - the owner wouldnt even let the AA take it out for a test drive - probably cause he knew it was dangerous. I phoned the garage and told the owner I would like my deposit back - OMG he told me he had expenses to and they dont normally give deposits back - this was after he tried to sell me a potentially dangerous car! He agreed to give me the money back but still hasnt 4 days later and now does not respond to my texts ...Please please stay away from this company - I will not let this lie and have been on contact with trading standards and will take legal action if he doesnt repay the deposit...

The owner has responded to this review and told me on 2 further occasions he will refund the deposit - I havent even asked for a contribution to the £175 I had to pay for the AA check...but still nothing...I believe he is not intending to pay it back - I have now reviewed this garage on 4 sites...I will let you know if he does pay it back....
One star and that’s being over he top, brought a Range Rover sport 3 weeks ago from M5 Motors and now it’s on the back of a recovery truck, and guess wot warranty does not cover fuel pump (confuses) that’s part of the engine ? Spoke to sale man who says he will speak to his boss, absolutely disgusting with his attude towards me and my wife, don’t want to know and won’t pay for the parts or labour. £10.500 out of pocket. Would not trust this company, and now the company’s going to be dissolved in October for the 2nd time in 4 years........last laugh though trading standards & hmrc are now investigating your company.

Very polite and a nice z4 as described After a couple ofrom weeks I check it in to a bmw specialist found it needed tyres and brakes all round and I contacted the dealer at m5 motors and he gave me some money back of the invoice so very pleasEd Would recommend
Bought my car at M5 motors and they were great on the day then after that it was down hill. Took my car back for some basic repairs and was told it would be fixed and ready pick it up the next day, On the day he then told me it would be 4 days which was unacceptable. He then tells me to pick it up and sort it myself if I wasn't willing to wait. It wasn't until i threatened him with trading standards that he decided to arrange to have it fixed elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this dealership.
