Reported it and got ignored for a week, called Audi UK to complain then got a call to be told basically we think the money may have been hovered up, no apology or further investigation, worst customer service I’ve ever been subjected to.

Without doubt the most imbecilic bunch of clowns I have encountered, worst customer service, refused to give me my deposit back on a 45k car, then when finally sorted as way of compensation they offered me £250 then refused to give me it.. don’t go near them

I purchased a Audi A3 from here March 2019 and opted to buy a extended warranty so I was covered for 3 years and paying £999 to do so. Enquire just over a year of having the car and told my car hasn’t got a warranty by Macclesfield audi where I bought it from and also audi customer services say I don’t have a warranty. Now I get a letter asking if I want to re new warranty which to my knowledge I never had. I ring audi and they are useless email after email with my evidence even buying parts for my car to be repaired from their own garage. End up having to go in and speak to paul and Tom who’s customer service was by far the worst I have ever seen trying to blame me for not looking into it enough and was threatened to be removed from audi as they knew I was right. Spoke to audi uk about this and lady on the phone fully agreed with me and now with the motor ombudsman. Audi couldn’t refund me my money because I don’t know who I spoke to two years ago on the phone when I rang up to book my car in. Pathetic only want you when buying a car after that they don’t want to hear from you. Wouldn’t bother thinking about going here especially if you have to deal with Paul (sales manager) Tom (business manager) Esther (service manager) All completely useless and shocking and have no idea how to treat customers.

Yes said they couldn’t find the extended warranty etc The problems we’ve had from day 1 has been horrendous
If you want the price you have been quoted don’t bring your car here.99 pound quote went up to possible 500 when I waited 2 weeks for appointment go anywhere else

Called to make an appointment to view a car, was told, late afternoon on a Sunday that the car I wanted to view was there and I could make an appointment to view it the next day. Turned up the next day at the scheduled time, and met who I'd spoken to the previous day, only to find that the car I was previously told was there, wasn't and it was with a customer. Furthermore, if I wanted to purchase or view it I would have to make yet another 40+ mile round trip. The guy I dealt with couldn't have been less interested in trying to sell any car let alone the one I wanted to view, if it had have been there in the first place. Personally, I will be avoiding this particular dealership in future for one that actually has the cars they're advertising

I bought my car in March over 40.000 booked car in for warranty job asked for a curtesy car and was told it would cost me 20 pounds for cleaning it when I bring it back .come on Audi how poor is that.wont be buying another car from you .i emailed twice but got no reply that just can’t be bothered to much trouble now that have had money
Worst customer service I've ever experienced and very badly maintained vehicles. Bought an approved used Audi q7 and 1 week after it was checked by different Audi Garage just to notice the brake disks where unsafe to drive and needed replacing even though this should have been checked by Macclesfield Audi at handover. 5 months down the line and my car has gearbox malfunction errors, been in the garage for repairs, and 4 days later they gave me the car back (apparently repaired) just to have 500miles later extensive gearbox errors and issues making the car unsafe to drive. Now they will not acknowledge the problem, and are refusing to fix the faults. Now taking legal action and Audi UK is investigating.

I had my Audi A3 in for service this week and what a great service provided by the service centre & reception as al ways. I must mention:- Donna Lynch & Esther sellers They have been excellent with the service they provide to my wife and me what a great team of staff at Audi Macclesfield all working together for the customer. We are now of purchasing a new Q2 sline in march 2020 Mr Steve Beswick 5/12/2019.
Once Macclesfield Audi have taken your money they have no interest in after sales care. The used approved warranty is not worth the paper it written on. Avoid and go somewhere else.
