Came across this website whilst looking for reviews on another Audi dealer. Maidstone Audi have looked after my last two Audi's for the last 10 years and I can honestly say their service and attention has been excellent. Okay, there have been the odd minor glitches from time to time, afterall we are talking the motor trade here, but I would not hesitate to either buy a car from them or have it serviced here. I haven't purchased a car from this branch but my current one came from their then sister branch at Crawley, previous one came from Audi Lincoln. Having had five Saab's before my first Audi, an A5 Quattro, you come to understand what customer service is about and I have to say Maidstone Audi continued with that level of service, no hustle, no hastle, just a good professional service you expect from a premium manufacturer. That was all with Inchcape but the last service on my Q2 was under the current Motorline franchise and the girl who dealt with the service (I won't embarrass her by giving her name), was equally professional and helpful. The car was ready at the agreed time, clean and sparkling even though I didn't ask for it to be valeted, they had time so they did it. I am sorry if a few of the other reviewers are unhappy but I would like to think they are more isolated cases, afterall, you complain when you are not happy but say nothing when you are and the dealer does does and performs as you would expect. No dealer is perfect, look at the reviews of some of the other main dealers, found even worse reviews for a Jaguar dealership I was talking to.
A very bad experience. The car was completely unprepared, despite knowing 3 days earlier that I would come. 3 hours drive in one direction and the car below any standard, and even more so in the Audi showroom. Bumpers painted by an amateur painter. The color of the bumpers differed significantly from that of the car. Ragged doors, mirrors, etc. A car less than 4 years old for £ 20,000 should not look like this. After asking the seller about the condition of the bumpers, etc., the answer was We did not paint and we did not notice that they were painted. The question is how these cars are checked and prepared if someone has not noticed such defects. I am disappointed and I do not recommend this Audi salon.

I have now visited Maidstone Audi 3 times over the past couple of years as I'm a loyal Audi driver but i'm currently looking for a new car and won't be buying an Audi thanks to this dealership. Every time I've been there the staff just ignore you. I visited Merc and Range Rover on the same day and was offered food, drinks, etc. at all of them, Audi staff didn't even bother looking up.

Waited three days for an e mailed quote on a new Audi . Salesman at Maidstone Audi clearly not interested in a sale , gave excuses .
Got an audi a1 on 4 year ppc lease. It is due back this September. It had a huge engine fault 1 month ago which has cost me £1000 for the parts and labor. I was there ALL day (8+ hrs) working with no place to get food all for them to tell me after chasing them multiple times it was not drivable and they had to order the part and no courtesy car offered over the 5 days I would be without my car. Unacceptable. I still haven't heard from them on the return process and how I arrange collection after calling them three times requesting this information. Absolutely disgusting service. Totally unacceptable. Im so angry and will never ever get an Audi, especially from Maidstone. What a shambles.
Three days and still waiting for someone from Maidstone Audi to contact me. Explained that I couldn't drive my car with that problem but they don't seem concerned. I bought my car new from them but customer care doesn't seem to be their priority after they've taken your money!
Car in for service and new rear pads and discs. Excellent service ,kept informed, loved the Audi cam system. Overall extremely impressed with Maidstone Audi many thanks

I visited Audi Maidstone last week to test drive a used Audi A3 cabriolet, when we opened the doors we were greeted by the most awful smell and the interior was not that clean, the salesman assured us that this would be sorted out if we purchased the vehicle. During the test drive I found the brakes to be not up to the usual standard that I would expect from an Audi, I mentioned this to the salesman who informed me that the vehicle would have been subject to a safety check prior to going on sale, this automatically set alarm bells ringing. I would not recommend this dealership

Audi Maidstone are utterly discussing! The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced! Don’t wasted your time or money maidstone audi are a total shambles! You don’t get spoken to like a human or treated nicely! What a joke the staff in all areas are rude and just don’t care! Such a shame as the cars are beautiful!
Highly recommend this Audi garage to anyone. Thanks to Andrew wheeler for all his work with my old and new car amazing service. And also Richard taylor and Scott for sorting all my old car out for me. Would literally advise anyone to go here never disappointed nothing's ever to much for them. Amazing team. Thanks again.
