My A5 is proper sound, it is running really well. No issues or strange noises so far, so I think I'm onto a winner! The team were really nice to deal with, especially the lad who we dealt with, he was a massive help and got everything sorted for me in no time. He was really easy to get along with and was a really sound guy, I'd happily recommend him and the dealership in general to others, and I'll definitely be back to part x in a few years!

It was my first time visiting Mainline UK and wow I am impressed! I went down to their site to view the Insignia and instantly knew it was the one for me. It was in mint condition and was so clean inside and out. Last week I went to visit family down in South Wales, and it was such a nice drive, everything ran smoothly with no issues whatsoever. I'd happily pass on the recommendations of Mainline, they were absolutely fantastic and my car is brilliant!

This is my 3rd purchase from Mainline due to the fact that they are faultless. Every time I have visited their dealership they have always been so welcoming and offered a great helping hand. They are brilliant to deal with and make everything so simple and streamline. Without a doubt I would go back again, they are such a genuine and reliable garage!

BEWARE! Sold me a car with accident damage. It had been repaired, but not properly, but "good" enough so that I didn't notice when I picked the car up. A few days after getting the car home I noticed that the light didn't reflect correctly on the rear bumper and it had lots of filler cracks. I then noticed the panel lines around the boot were not equal so the bumper was definitely buckled. When I'd just spent almost £20,000 on a car I didn't expect to have these issues. I approached them very politely and asked if they'd been willing to correct the repair as it wasn't to a good enough standard. The salesman, Craig, told me he'd been over every inch of the car and couldn't find anything wrong with it and couldn't believe the car was almost 4 years old. He since denies this fact and became very "unfriendly" when I brought this up. Because I was worried that there was potential structural damage to the vehicle, I got the car into a body shop and ended up having to spend £800 to get the bumper put right. The body shop said the bumper SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN REPAIRED and should have been replaced; they showed me that there was almost 2 inches of filler in the bumper and it'd received significant damaged. All this company's response was that the car is HPI clear and as far as they're concerned it's never been in an accident and it's not there problem. Mainline UK seem really friendly and nice, until you catch them out! AVOID!
