5 very smooth professional process fab customer service

This is the fourth car I’ve had from Mainline now. They are a very reputable dealership in my eyes, and I would go back to these guys time and time again over any other main dealer. The customer service is always fantastic. As expected, second-hand cars can’t always be perfect, but they always make sure that if anything needs doing, it gets done. I had a few small issues with the car when I bought it, but this happened over the bank holiday weekend. They got me booked in for the Tuesday and sorted everything to a high standard. I always deal with Julian each time I buy a vehicle, and his level of customer service is 100% every time. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else and have even sent a few of my friends to Mainline. Truly the best of the best.

Car is spot-on, I knew what I wanted I went in and it was a quick process, no messing about no pressure or pushiness to go for anything else. It was a nice ordeal, honestly the staff were 10/10

A very trusted dealership for me and my partner. We have never had any trouble with Mainline. The staff are always welcoming and all the cars they have appear to be in top condition. The vehicle we chose is used most days and runs like a dream. We have had no complaints at all. It was valeted for us before we left and they did a perfect job. We will definitely be using Mainline again.

I love me car. 2nd purchase from Mainline and I don't see myself going anywhere else. Their service is excellent and they always do more than they have to do so I cant complain.

My Citroen Cactus has been perfect! I love it! They were so great with me, bless them. I wouldn't have anything bad to say if I'm honest. My brother has purchased two cars from them and I took on his recommendation - so worth it.
