Went in to buy a new car on the 2nd December And manager was walking round and giving people funny looks. Don’t know if anyone else got this. Anyway the host was brilliant as always as I’ve bought a car from here before ( he should be the manager). They sent a short blonde girl to me who looked like she was dressed to go clubbing. Anyway asked her to look in side a couple of vehicles as I was about to spend 35k. She said and I quote “oh I can’t do that I don’t want to be cleaning cars today” Maybe she was scared of damaging her long clubbing nails. Then I asked her if I could test drive the car That I wanted which she Replied we’re not doing any test drives people are ordering over the phone and buying cars without looking at them. So she did some paper work and walked over to this manager who still kept looking at us funny and had a five minute chat with him and then walked back to me. What a weird place and weird staff to buy a car from. It was a very strange and word atmosphere not like I remember it in 2008. People steer clear of this place Extremely unprofessional staff and the manager was weird. He walked past us on a number of occasions didn’t even say hi just looked at us funny And put the barriers in-front as to say Don’t want you in here. I am nhs staff and came straight from work maybe he didn’t like the fact I was not dressed like a clubber .I hope the directors of this company see this review and send in some mystery shoppers. Went to Audi Stockport spoke to Matt who’s booked me in for three test drives on Saturday and said I can look at as many cars as I like. Will be buying a new car from him on Saturday. People stay clear of Manchester Audi on Chester road. Just read the reviews terrible. -5 stars not 1. Oh and buy the way Audi my family have bought cars from yourselves Singh family but I will make sure they won’t be buying here again nor will they be servicing here. Terrible place with a weird manager and the worst sales person I’ve ever met.

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Car was delivered with faulty reverse lights, alloy wheels that were repaired with a rattle can spray while still on the vehicle (massive overspray on brake callipers) along with numerous faults with the body control module. 149 point check is a myth to Audi Manchester - Reverse lights apparently were working on delivery when the reverse switch cable was cut therefore there was no way the car was even properly checked or a PDI performed. Car was not prepared properly on handover (seats soaked where it had been valeted the hour I got there) and valeting gel applied to the interior which was still drying. Chewed gum found in the drivers door pockets.. not ideal to be handling after a pandemic. Vehicle returned under the consumer right act. Would I return? No and I’d advise anyone looking to buy an Audi to stay well clear from here!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Utterly incompetent! Took my car here for an MOT and paid for the appropriate works. They logged my car as a fail and I found out by chance 7 months later. This means I’ve been driving illegally and with invalid insurance. When calling the office I spoke to 3 different completely clueless people who made me explain it 3 times and it’s still unresolved. If I could give less than 1 star then I would!!!

Dear Manchester Audi, Thank you for your solicitor letter. 1) I am not happy to accept your offer; 2) Please also ingnore my offer. Regards, Mrs.LI (1st AUG 2019) To all my supporters: 1) 06/11/2018 brought the car to Audi for service; 2) 07/11/2018 got call from service department and confirmed services fees and other changes fees of my Audi A8 will be less than GBP: 1900 pounds; 2) 09/11/2018 my car had an accident made by Audi; at the same time I request a courtesy car. 3) An Audi A3 courtesy car lent by Manchester Audi(MA), after they made an accident to my car; 4) Since 15/11/2018, I called every week to chase MA to give my car back; there was no luck, and Mr. Mark playing games in not answering my call and not call back; detained my car for months. 5) 05/12/2018 service department stating that I needed to pay £3652 to repair the car. However Audi refused to provide an invoice detailing the repairs required. I requested a better courtesy car, Mr. Mark was forced to let me promise to agree GBP: 3652 pounds payment, then, they can give change a better courtesy car such as Q5 or others better ones. 6) 17/12/2018 my solicitor start dealing with them; 7) early Jan/2019 Mr. QUINLAN, manager in MA tried contact me and book a date to meet me; 8) early Feb 2019 I met with Adrian and been told that I have to pay Around GBP: 1250.00 to clear the bill and drive my car go. He is also told that Mr. Mark is fired by MA.(You fired an untrusted staff, that is your responsibilty, but who will cover my cost?) 9) Feb-Mar 2019 I did not agree their offer, and I emailed to most relevant departments asked for help. 10) 15 March 2019, Audi’s solicitor send a letter and stated that I do not need to pay anything but I must to take my car back otherwise they will report it to police to take my car somewhere else. This Audi car is very meaningful to our lives! In the early morning of October 23, 2015, this Audi A8 was honoured to welcome Chinese President Xi Jinping's official visit to the United Kingdom. Our Audi A8 accompanied the Chinese President Xi Jinping's official visiting team for 2 days in whole journey of Manchester City, the UK. We are incomparable glory! 11) 16 March 2019, I took my car back (because 15/03/2019 MA hasn’t give the promising MOT certificate) and it all dust and very dirty when we collect the car. 12) March 2019-June 2019, I made complains again because MA is not happy to cover my lost; I've spent GBP 770pounds to repaired my car after taken it back from MA; and the Audi A3 courtesy car is a much smaller car than my A8. My step father had to sit in the cramped conditions of the A3 when he was visiting from China and this caused his knee to swell. As a result, we had to take him to the hospital to have this treated and ended up paying £1,111 treatment costs on the NHS. 13) 12th June 2019 at 10:30am, I attended meeting on time and meeting was taken place in Manchester Audi with Manager Adrian and Head of Customer service. I was very disappointed that Audi's Head of customer service has not investigate my case and no internal meeting before seen me. She is even doesn't know what happened in the past with me and Manchester Audi. This is definately not meet the World Name Brand company basic standard. 14) 25th June 2019 I received a letter from MA solicitor and they agreed to pay part of my request bill but I will need to agree to sign a document that they draft by not telling anyone about what happened to me and Audi. And, 15) 2nd July 2019, My solicitor responses on time, and MA has not reply me on time which due date was 15th July 2019. I now decide to tell everyone about what really happened to me and Manchester Audi; and, in the voice recording you will also find that I have even been treated unfair and discrimination. Please also check ‘Manchester Audi’ google reviews and it tells you that my case is not a single case. I strongly suggest relevant departments can start to investigate Manchester Audi, as I do not wish this sort of treatment to be experienced by anyone else. Thanks for reading, LI

My TT has been into Manchester Audi on several occasions - for servings and warranty work. - and found them perfectly fine. No issues. Had an intermittent fault with the seat belt microphones (always difficult). First time they couldn't replicate the fault but 2nd time with them they replaced the seat belt under warranty, no arguments. Whilst in for its MoT recently I asked them to look at a rattle from the rear - adjusted the boot hinges and problem solved. Also if I ask them NOT to wash my car, they don't wash it. Got a good deal from them when I bought it new.

Host at Manchester Audi is brilliant and that's it. They are not able to fix anything more complicated than a bulb. If you are unfortunate to have fault in you expensive care they are not able to fix it. Like many other people I have fault in my Audi and after number of visits they are not able to fix it. Car is coming to the end of warranty and probably will be forced to fix it some ware at my cost.

Premium brand offering budget services. Dropped off my car at Manchester Audi for a quick check Wednesday last week and been told I will get my car by COB at the latest. No courtesy car has been offered. 5 minutes before the closing time I had to give them a call as no one bothered to call me back with an update. They've told me they have to do some extra checks next morning. Nobody was planing to tell me that! Yet again no call next day for an update. Called back Friday several times to try to find out what has happened with my car. Every single time The people in charge(Ray, Mark) were too busy to talk to me and I've been told he will call me back. Over one week later I still have no idea when do I get my car or if they still have it? Trying desperately to speak with someone, but the only answer I get from the reception lady is that everyone is busy and I will get a call back. I have even asked to speak with complaints department to make a formal complain but nobody wants to discuss either about my complaint or to return my car. How is this possible from a premium car dealer? I wonder if they realise they've left me with no car for over one week without providing a courtesy car or at least telling me to look for a rental. not to say the refusal to speak with me for over a week?
