I purchased a MG3 Hybrid Trophy from Connor and I have to say it's been a brilliant car ever since I got it! I was well informed about the cars features, the service schedule and what to do if I need help! Everything finance related was gone through at a nice leisurely pace but it still felt laid back and smooth so as mentioned overall it was an overall great buying experience! Would definitely recommend!

I always dread looking for new car as I often find it can be a minefield and often too pressurising however last weeks trip to Mangoletsi was somewhat different. From the moment we walked into the showroom the atmosphere was relaxed yet welcoming, no hard sell just “We are here should you need us,” which made browsing much more enjoyable. We then approached Connor whom was a fantastic help to us full of knowledge about the MG of interest but again not overpowering. Throughout the entire I was kept updated to where we was at regarding the purchase of my new car and the part exchange of my old car. Upon hand over Connor was just as relaxed and accommodating ensuring we were happy with our purchase. Thank you ⭐️

Nothing but praise for this dealership, there was a small problem with the car before delivery, it was fixed, but it took longer then expected, so they wavered the delivery charge, i saved £150

Warning do not buy from Mangoletsi, the sales people lie to you about the car you are buying, the after sales is shocking, I was charged for warranty covered issues! my emails ignored! my phone calls not returned! refunds promised then not delivered! Over 2 years dealing with this shambles I will never return. I have evidence of all of the above plus loads more (too much to mention here) if they reply to this review it will probably be more lies.

Purchased a year old car and got home from collecting the car and I have already had issues with the car and needs fixing and the preparation of the car was also very poor

Six weeks or so after buying a Giulia, the clear-coat came off the front bumper and bonnet during the car's first wash (with a sponge). Mangoletsi say that because it survived being pressure-washed by them, it is nothing to do with them and that they don't cover paintwork under warranty. No theory presented as to what might have happened for the clear-coat to become friable between then and now.

Purchased my car Mercedes GLC 300 from these Cowboys on 15th January, cost me a pretty penny or two, the car wasn’t up to scratch on collection, no attention given to detail , dirty windows inside , carpets dirty, aluminium window trim stained, engine bay filthy and I’ve just recently found a boot edge dent. The key was missing to the wheel lock nuts as well. Found out these issues once home after a couple of days of checking more closely. No preparation, checking or attention to detail was given to my car, if I hadn’t already sold my other car and got a train from chester to pick it up I would have asked for my money back however I have now resolved the issues my self at my own cost. The after sales manager Martin Scott is a complete waste of space, sent him my complaints and he didn’t follow up his words to resolve my issues, totally fobbed me off and didn’t reply to my telephone calls. The team appear to like sending you on a runaround. Avoid this salesroom, they are just a bunch of clowns who like to take your money and not provide you with any after sales care. The owner would be advised to really check up and scrutinise his employees as they are giving his business a really bad name, he probably hasn’t read all the other reviews or has he? Guess we’ll never know. How do they sleep at night? Please look elsewhere for your next car! Very disgruntled customer!!
