My son has has had an alfa for 2 years now...warranty not worth the paper its written on. Faulty paint work, faulty battery (swapped in the end after a letter) faulty door handle.....extraordinary amount for them to replace...went elsewhere. Never any contact from the dealership aftersales. I'm not speaking from a novices point of view....have been in the cars sales industry for 12 year...

Paid a £99 deposit for a deal that was miss advertised for a Jeep Compass, 3 weeks later i am still trying to get get my money back

Apon arrival at the dealer ship I was told that the mercedes-benz I came to view was on some farm down the road. I thought this was abit stange but went anyway as I travelled 30 miles to get there. Anyway this mercedes was buried under a tree at the back of the yard. Things seemed OK with car. Put a deposit down and was told to come back in a weeks time. 2 days before due to pick up and I'm told car is not ready and won't parts for it till the following mid week. I was also told if I no longer want the car to inform the deal so that they can cancel the parts to fix the car. I am still waiting for the car. 2 weeks later. Very disappointed with this dealer.

Bought my new car, absolutely brilliant service, Jamie was the person I dealt with, communication was spot on, even down to exact time of phone calls, very helpful, nothing to much trouble, really down to earth. I would defo rate this garage as second to none, even Michele is brill, she’s hilarious. Thankyou so much, much appreciated.

Paid over £300 for my car to be delivered after buying from Mangoletsi. It arrived with both front window wiper blades broken, the fuel light on and no mats. Tried emailing Jamie who we dealt with but have been ignored. The car has a rattling noise now coming from the front, won’t bother wasting my time trying to contact them about that. The car came covered in Mangoletsi stickers, they’ve all been removed, I won’t be advertising or recommending this car dealer!

MANGOLETSI and in particular the dealer principal Simon Taylor are outstanding, the best customer service I have had the pleasure to receive from a dealership of any kind in years could not recommend them more highly, Simon leads by example from the top and this is the best way to run a successful business many thanks MANGOLETSI!!
