Bought a car from mark, turned out to have a few problems, agreed to fix problems and supply parts and pay labour, now doesnt answer his phone, no parts been supplied and left with a thousand pounds worth of work needing done, (air con pump not working, fan motor very noisy, bottom ball joints need replaced) car had no advisorys on MOT, i purchased car a day or 2 after MOT, put it into garage for a health check to be told there are faults that should have been picked up but were not logged on mot paper, or was not made aware when buying car. Would not recommend, after sale care not good

Craig was very happy with the car when he left us in the evening for his long drive back with the car,I was next contacted by him a week later about his rear wiper not working,I arranged new parts to be ordered and sent to his choice of garage in Glasgow,when the parts arrived he then mentioned a problem with a knocking noise,turned out it was a shock absorber which is a wear and tear item,because it had just been motd by Autotecknik of Blackpool a German car specialist who are robust in when diagnosing mot faults,I agreed to pay for a new shock absorber and it was fitted at the same time the steering issue was fixed,which was about 5 weeks after he bought the car,he then told me his air con was now not working,I said at the time ok I will supply a condenser,there was then a number of missed calls on both sides of which was no fault of anyone,what isn’t mentioned here is the free RFL that was paid for on his behalf,at no time has any of his issues been ignored.
I recently purchased a mini from Mark and due to the distance I bought the car unseen, although I did see photos and I was told the car was in excellent condition, so I paid a deposit and put my trust in Mark ( yes I know a car dealer) ... and waited for delivery. Well, my trust certainly paid off, the car was everything I was hoping for, Mark was so helpful and he even organised my cherished number plate transfer .. Next time I am looking to change a car Mark will be my first call. A very satisfied customer, Steve from Leeds.
Purchased a Saab 9-5 NG 2011 from Mark, I'd been looking for one for a while. This was a top spec car. Travelled from Scotland. Not being keen on buying cars from dealers I was surprised to see the car matched the description. Price was excellent. On the way home I found the car to have a slight judder under braking. Panicking I'd bought a lemon, I phone Mark expecting the old well " To bad mate, it was OK when I drove it. But I was wrong. Mark showed genuine concern. Ask me if I could take it to a local garage. Even offered me a refund. He paid for the repairs. Contacted me for regular updates until it was fixed. I'd definitely buy another car from him. In fact he'll be the first person I'll goto if I need a car. I highly recommend him if you're looking for something special. Thanks Mark.

I bought a BMW from here in July. The car was supposed to be serviced and have new tyres on when i collected it but neither of these things have had been done but they told me to take the car away and when they had the tyres they would call me and sort it which never happened to I had to just get the tyres changed and get it serviced and then the dealers promised to reimburse me but it took ages and they gave me £100 pounds less than they originally stated. I am an not happy with the service and would not use this dealership again.
