Mr and Mrs Murphy, we loved VW Caddy drove it for a test drive it was so nice to drive, we ordered it there and then, the staff was so professional and couldn't do enough for us thanks guys

Bought a vehicle from these and wouldn’t do it again Ashley Foster coming across with his fake friendship, give me £250 deposit and I’ll keep the van for you, and when I Went to collect it by appointment was left waiting 5 hours! And then once I took home my van, I had to return to get the tracking sorted and another 200 mile round trip and 6 hours wasted Then a barrage of calls and emails from Ashley telling me he had forgotten to get me to sign some document and demanding I sign it, when I didn’t immediately respond he started sending me messages saying if it wasn’t signed he would lose his job so he is going to use my details and sign it himself!! Jump forward 2 years and wanting to buy a new vehicle, I turned down 3 options proposed by Ashley he suddenly changed, when I called he pretended he wasn’t there and then sent me an email saying he wasn’t allowed to talk to me because he was on furlough, despite my seeing him there later that same day and of course when I called and was being put through to him, I wasn’t placed on hold and heard Ashley tell the receptionist to say he wasn’t at his desk so because I didn’t accept his latest proposal of “buy it today otherwise this deal won’t be around in the morning” which was a pressure sale, he treated me like a fool Thankfully there are many many other VW Dealerships around and I don’t need Marshall’s although they need people like me to keep them in business In short Avoid

Sales are only interested in talking to you if they are 100% certain you’re going to buy there and then Look out when you do buy though, after sales a d courtesy disappears No returning of calls is the top of their list When I turned up at appointed time to collect my vehicle I was kept waiting 5 hours and then had to return for tyre issues and a scratch down the drivers door I apparently forgot to sign a form and the salesman hounded me For days, eventually stating he would log into my account and sign it on my behalf as he know my email address name date of birth etc I’d name him here but what’s the point I’ll never deal With them again
Had a shocking expperiance with them ie Salesman John Rawlings & slaesmanager Mr Brett who refused to refund my deposit of 500 pounnds for which the whole issue created for me a lot of undue mental stress during Covid. My advice stay well clear of this dealership
I purchased my Volkswagen Kombi van 4 motion with 59000 miles in June this year I have had a few problems ,(cam belt) I contacted Volkswagen Bridgwater I spoke to the service department explained that the Cam belt was overdue I needed to be replaced they emailed me back to say to make an appointment to have this fitted free of charge which was done Unbeknown to me it comes as a kit with a new water pump as well I was very pleased with the work carried out especially in these challenging times with COVID-19 the Customer Service from Bridgwater Volkswagen is exceptional and the service I have received is 10 out of 10.

I purchased a VW California at £45K in Jul 2020, and was only able to use it for six days, due to a seriously leaking roof when raining! Due to the dealership not being able to deal with 'warranty' issues, or these types of repairs, VW Bristol cannot deal with this for 8 weeks. This will mean I have a California that cannot be used for 9/10 weeks in all, and I have cancelled three holidays, and I am about to go on a fourth one which I will have to hire a California for at the cost of £130 per day; or alternatively cancel another holiday. Marshalls did nothing until week 6, when a poor review prompted them to contact me. Marshalls made no offer of suitable loan vehicle, or compensation for loss of personal items or cancelled holidays. Recently they have offered a people carrier which will not resolve my issues, or allow me to take my holiday, so I will now have to hire a California at the cost of £130 per day! No customer service and no conscience! Avoid ..Avoid ..Avoid

Bought a golf gtd end of November from them. Traveled 2 hours to collect which meant i arrived late in afternoon. I paid 1k deposit to hold vehicle and asked for certain things to be checked. Got there to be told i need to test drive very quickly so as to get the payment through on time. so took it out for less than a mile and that was it.Reported the next day that i felt rumbling and heater wasn't working (not full heat).Turns out the rear tyres were actually deformed mishaped and were dangerous.Because the check was done for the tread they say all good and checked!!! emailed the saleman a couple of times last time being 19th December and no reply!!! Asked for the dealership managers name online at beginning of January and then recieved a call from Gerry the aftersales manager who i explained it all too and was told he would call me back after talking to the manager. That was 3rd January and still no call. So they don't check the vehicle properly and then just to rub salt in they don't reply or contact the customer!! AWFUL SERVICE
