Please be careful and ring to make sure if you have booked your mobility car, My wife has cancer and one day in October while my wife was in hospital I drove the car to Marshall Volkswagen Bridgwater, I went in the sales area to booked the car in for a mobility checkup this is the seconded time mind, He told me there we no booking for wasting our fuel, with me not been happy He then told me to leave the building both men backed each other up. Yes great customer service NOT!!!! So we are very happy at yoevil that were we are going now, Just beware with there attitude (Customers are allways wrong)
Marshall’s VW Bridgwater did not call me back or respond to my email requesting a service. Not good at all. Going elsewhere.
Went to se a VW California showing reduced on Marshall Volkwagen Bridgwater website, when I got there and mention price the salesman grinned and said no way so I left got home and checked web site rang them and mentioned the price they said would you like to buy it at that price I said no he said well what’s the problem I said I’m trying to do you a favour before another customer travels 40mls to find that your salesmen need curtesy lessons and look at there web site more often thanks Paul

We purchased a VW Caravelle from Marshall Volkswagen in Bridgewater which was an ex demonstrator, the Vehicle was a 2016 model with had only completed circa 2,700 miles and cost nearly £40,000. We relied upon the representations made by Marshall VW Bridgewater Van Centre that the vehicle was defect free, there was no discount offered on the Vehicle and we paid the asking price. We paid extra money on top of the sales price to have the vehicle delivered to us as we lived approximately 320 miles away from the dealer. Within an hour of the vehicle being delivered we noted a number of defects, namely the rear passenger seat was ripped, the sun blind in one of the doors was ripped and the handle to move the rear seat was not attached meaning the seats could not be moved. We reported the issues within one hour of receiving and inspecting the Vehicle. We were told not to worry and that the issues would be resolved. Despite constantly chasing Marshall VW Bridgwater Van centre and being promised a call back nothing happened so after one week we advised we would reject the vehicle if a resolution could not be found. All we were asking for was to have the sun blind fixed and a seat that was not torn and the handle fitted so the rear seats could be moved if and when required. On Saturday 29 July we received a call from the General Sales Manager Mr Matt Robertshaw who admitted that they may have missed the torn sun blind in the pre delivery inspection but that we the customer must have torn the seat and that he would not replace it! The customer service from this garage is disgraceful. We explained that we reported the defects within one hour and sent pictures as evidence immediately to the dealership. Mr Robertshaw seems totally unaware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and he stated that the ripped seat in the vehicle would not make it of unsatisfactory quality in any event. We would never have purchased a vehicle from this dealership had we known the poor customer service post sale. Would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealership and if you do make sure it is thoroughly checked over prior to handing over any money. We will now pursue this dealership through the formal legal channels and will keep you updated on the outcome and resolution. In the meantime, if you are considering buying from Marshall VW Bridgwater Van Centre, think again and we would suggest that you contact an alternative VW supplier or if this is the after service care from VW as a manufacturer then we would recommend an entirely different manufacturer. Out of ten we would give this dealer one, they are terrible.
