My experience was very good, so was the customer service. It was the car that made me choose Marshall & sons Motors. It has been okay! Five stars everything was good. 😊

It was spot on to be fair, customer service was absolutely fine they just let get about your own business and come when you needed them to come it was pretty good overall not pushy. The Land Rover is like a tank isn’t it ahaha but I knew exactly what I was buying and I am happy with it. Five stars nothing I can complain about!

I was looking for a place that had a lot of Land Rovers, and most places only had one, but Marshall and son had several so I could compare. They aren’t pushy at all they just let you get on with it and have a look to make our minds up aha. Good and friendly, just a straightforward experience.

Loved it! The guys were great they really were, Ken was amazing. Just a issue with the car but they know about it and it’s booked into the garage, But the guys were great they were brilliant. They were welcoming, they were welcoming four stars but it’s a five for the customer service.

Came to this dealer to view a Range Rover, Jake was incredibly helpful and quickly organised a time slot to come and view the vehicle. The vehicle was very well presented and we were left to look around at our own pace with Jake only popping out to answer questions or to offer drinks/a warm office to look at the vehicle history. We took the car out for a drive and noticed a few little bits that needed sorting and all were put on a list of things to be sorted before sale. I decided I liked the car and put down a deposit and the dealer agreed the parts that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately the dealer missed the first delivery date because they had issues getting the vehicle into the mechanics. While at the mechanics they noticed an Additional problem with the car which delayed by a few more days. The thing I really appreciate is throughout all of this process they kept me informed of what was going on and I always got a call from Jake before he had any days off and an honest update. They really didn’t want the car leaving their dealership without everything being right. I’ve had the car for a couple of weeks now and all seems good and my overall experience with Marshall and son motors has been brilliant and would happily buy a car from them again.

Only had the car a few weeks but everything seems to be running fine. It was a smooth buying process, everything was done quickly and didn't come across any problems. I would definitely go back to them again. 5 stars.

This is the second time I have used Marshall & Son i am about a 2 hour drive away from them but because I had such a good first experience I knew I would be looked after and be able to purchase a reliable vehicle if I went back. The customer service both times was very good, I felt looked after as a customer. I went for a discovery this time round and couldn't be more pleased with it, no issues at all. I would highly recommend Marshall & Son, a trustworthy dealership to me.
