I have given this dealership a 5 star rating and that’s exactly the service which I received off them. I found Kenny very helpful, professional and extremely good in his work ethic. From the first inquiry to them through to collecting my vehicle it was an absolute pleasure. Kenny couldn’t do enough to ensure that the vehicle was right for me and he ensured that everything was 100 percent before I collected it. I'm over the moon with my Porsche it is a stunning car and the performance of it is flawless, I drove up North in it last night and it certainly has some power behind it. I have not used Marshall & Son before, I was curious about car finance so I made an inquiry to a few companies and I seen a car I liked through one of them for sale with Marshall & Son so I contacted them myself and told them I was able to pay for the car outright instead of getting it on finance. The sales team were excellent and they did things such as tax the vehicle for me, changed the number plate over to my private one, they really did go above and beyond to help me. I would definitely shop with these again and I will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

This is my second purchase from Marshall and Son Motors in Walsall and they have always been professional and courteous. Kenny and Eddie were the salesmen that helped me during my car buying experience and they were both really friendly and down to earth. I have bought 3 cars from Marshall and Son Motors so far and each one has never let me down. The staff are good guys, they don't mess around. They take pride in what they do, these guys take good care of their customers. I have been back 3 times purely just because you know what your getting and you know it will be reliable. Just can't knock these chaps! The only issue I have has is with has been a little electrical fault but as soon as I informed the lads down at the dealership it was fixed straight away. All round, trustworthy, reliable and thorough.
