The dealership came across as very customer focused, the whole experience was about making sure I was happy with the car I had chosen instead of a hard sell. Let me star by saying the condition of the showroom is absolutely amazing! And they have a really super lad that does the valeting. My car was absolutely pristine and I would love it if I could continue to bring my car back to Marshall and Son to maintain the standard of clean I bought it in, it looks as good as new. There was a bit of a snag with the car at first but Marshall and Son took it into their hands and put it right, other than that the car has been wonderful.

I would recommend Marshall and Son Motors to anyone. The car buying experience I had with them is unmatched! There was no pressure and the chap I dealt with went above and beyond to assist as best he could with every aspect of the sale. He even made sure we were getting the best finance deal. I am over the moon with my Ranger Rover, it is doing perfectly well.

We bought a Ford Ranger earlier this month and it is absolutely smashing, other than it using more fuel than we are used to we have no complaints 🙊 but that is to be expected with a car like this! My wife does drive the Ranger more than me but with both really enjoy it. The gent we dealt with was great. Any concerns with had he looked into immediately and assisted us hugely in finding the best finance company.

In my opinion Marshall & Son Motors is a 10/10 dealership. All went so smoothly when I bought my Toaureg. The car was well presented and ready for me to view it when I arrived at the dealership. I was able to take it for a decent test drive and get a good feel for the car. The purchasing process was straightforward and didn't take all that much time at all. Since I bought the car about a month ago I a happy to say I have had no issues with it.

The Ford Ranger is spot on 👌 My wife loves it and so do I... when she lets me drive it 😂 The customer service while buying the Ranger was fantastic, I couldn't have asked for more. Credit where credit is due they are 100% deserving of five stars.
