I came across Concept-R while looking on Autotrader, The transit caught my eye and I was very pleasantly surprised when I went to see it in person, because it was actually better than described and photographed, there was about 3 weeks from when they had put up the advert to me seeing it, so in that time they had actually upgraded the Van a little! I have got no complaints at all, great team of people and great vehicles.

I received a very professional service from Concept-R. I visited them first and was shown a replica of what I would get, various additional extras I could add on in the workshop and the processes they go through to get things up to top spec. I couldn't believe the effort concept-R goes to, to get things looking bang on! The standards are really high here. I was worried that the wet belt would eventually fail (a common issue with Ford) so they replaced it for me with no issues whatsoever, using a mechanic that only deals with wet belts boosting my confidence in Concept-R even further. They make anything possible. Nothing is too much trouble. Darren kept me up to date with how everything progressed from start to finish while my Ford Custom van was getting a facelift. Then on pick up day my road tax was sorted for me and all the paperwork printed out for my van file. I got all the history for the van as well and if there isn't any Concept-R go out of their way to find it. I seriously can't fault anything. I was constantly reassured that everything would be as good as I wanted and I was not disappointed. Thanks to everyone at Concept-R and keep up the amazing work!! 😬👍

All been spot on, had a couple of problems but just took the car to our local garage and Concept-R paid and took care of it all. It is exactly what you want in a dealership, great aftercare. I have no complaints in regards to the initial customer service, the guy we dealt with was great, a true professional. Would recommend.

I did have some problems initially with the vehicle however in fairness to Concept they came and collected the vehicle and gave me a courtesy car, it did take around 4 weeks until I got it back, but they kept me informed through every step and Darren even responded to me on his days off. So in regards to the customer service they provide and the willingness to get everything sorted even after a sale I cannot fault. I'd give a 5 stars.

I am absolutely loving the car so far. I had an issue to begin with the tyre pressure warning light but the dealership sent someone out to my address and resolved the issue straight away, which was good. I am very happy with my purchase overall. I would give it 10 out of 10 if i could,
