Hi Robert, your advice on avoiding us like the plague is a little contradicting..!! you wanted to buy our car? you have lied stating you noticed advisories from previous MOT, but when you arrived the car was on the ramp?? The mechanic was changing two tires under my instruction. you came to an agreement where, you where happy to buy my vehicle in the "condition"?? Mot advisories are NOT a fail, so your slanderous comment of dodgy MOT'S is absolutely disgusting and immature behavior to make up such lies. This is a honest family run garage. Had you agreed a purchase which you didn't, i would have explained to secure the vehicle you would be required to put a small deposit down and this would have absolutely secured this vehicle for you. The day in question regarding a test drive, i sat in the garage and waited for you to not show up.. You then called my daughter yesterday 06-05-2025 nearly a week after you failed to turn up for a test drive. My daughter looked in to you complaint and called you back, I have looked in to your false allegation of aggressive attitude, if anything that was how I would have describe you and your attitude to her, your threats of reviews as the car had sold is barbarically wrong. I will call my solicitor if you make any further false allegation's or slander my business, I will take you to court. We are APPROVED by the AA for a reason, we are honest, reputable and by no means dodgy garage. I have taken note of alllll the reviews you have been previously reviewed for car dealers and others, I suspect this is something you do on a frequent occasion and its really pretty disgusting. I am now and always been a hard working mad from the age of 15 and I have never not worked since. I try my best to meet all my customers needs, my real reviews speak volumes.. I am happy you actually didn't purchase a vehicle from me as I would never want to deal with someone so untruthful as yourself. You have never purchased a vehicle from me and you will never be so lucky to do so in the future. I don't mind reviews that are true as I will happily take onboard good or bad criticism, however as your review is fake and by no means anything in it is true. If your review if not removed about me, I assure you I will seek legal advice from my solicitor and ill happily pay to take you to court, to stop you trying to ruin good, honest peoples names for no reason what so ever. Its not nice and its not clever. (PLEASE SEE ALL ROBERTS PREVIOUS BAD REVIEWING ANYONE WHO IS SEEING THIS) Many thanks

I noticed the same thing after viewing a car from this garage. If you look at their previous mot compared to a recent. The same happened when I was checking over an Audi I noticed its previous advisories had been wiped but not repaired. Just looking at their replies to your review shows how badly disciplined of a business they are!

RESPONCE Firstly I would like to kindly point out that any MOT advisories cannot be wiped as its impossible, all MOT are digital online for the world to see.. My replies are all true and I'm always going to reply to false and fake allegations as this is not just my business, its something I have built over many years and I have many many loyal customers who have purchased from me for years now. If I have had any complaints, I do my upmost best to resolve, just in your friends case here that was impossible as he hasn't ever purchased from me or my team. I assure you though as he states above, he wanted to buy the vehicle, but it had sold before he had chance to do so, had he secured the vehicle then this reviewer wouldn't have left this, which is why I find his false allegations and review more upsetting. Think he shares the same meaning as myself that cars with “X” advisory in say 2020 are not present on a recent mot. Yet checked over a vehicle seeing that the advisory was not on the recent mot and had still not been repaired. I’m honestly unsure if youse were playing dumb or just.. aye 🤦‍♂️
