I would rate the experience as a 5 - the team at Maundrell went over and above. Also the product sold to me is of a high quality.

I am enjoying the car, it's really good, really nice no problems so far. The sales person was great and the communication was excellent. It was a relaxed approach with no pressure to buy.

It was a good experience, but when I turn the wheel of the car sharply it makes a horrendous sound. The car is lovely to drive though, it has been fantastic until a week ago when it developed the issue. I'd happily give them 5 stars.
