My 5* rating ultimately comes down to both John & Jonathon being both honest and keeping to their words and resolving the few issues I had quickly and efficiently, and keeping me updated. Can't ask for more than that. I'm a firm believer that issues happen and it's how they are resolved that truly matter, and the team did a brilliant job of resolving the problems. I also appreciate your driver coming and getting my car and stopping work at your site today to bring it back for me - it was very much appreciated and I hope you get a good turn out for your drive it day event.
