Mayfair vehicle solutions are rude and in my personal opinion it was an unpleasant experience , I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from this dealer. I found it a stressful ordeal , I read a review on this site and I wish I had listened to them , How this is a RAC approved dealer I will never know , I am surprised they would want to be associated with this type of business. Mayfair vehicle solutions are nothing but trouble. JC.

Our customers are very much valuable to us however, we'd be keen to know your details in full specifically the vehicle you purchased and what exactly it was that you were genuinely most dissatisfied about? Being an APPROVED RAC DEALER we did in fact rank no.1 out of the 273 dealers operating in the area which derived purely from reviews and nothing else. We are always looking of genuine ways to improve. It'll be nice to have your input!

Sorry to hear you suffered at the same hands. I do question the RAC approval process. Hope you managed to secure a better deal elsewhere.
The vehicle I purchased broke down 4 times in one month and despite this, the dealer refused to honour my right to reject the vehicle. I was instead threatened with legal action. Luckily the finance company supported my application to reject the vehicle and refunded me my deposit and took the vehicle off me hands.

Totally agree with this review, I wish I had listened. Buying a car from this dealer was a horrendous , stressful and un pleasant experience. The dealer is rude and I am surprised that the RAC associate them selves with this type of business .
