Made an appointment at MB Brent Park and drove 70 miles to view the £18K no warm welcome or coffee offered after our two hour drive, they were not expecting us and had no record of our appointment The car was parked under a tree covered in leaves and bird shit there was overspray on rear bumper trim and two dents in the drivers door. The salesman didn’t even bother to leave the showroom and come outside with us very poor I would give this place a miss.

Basically terrible experience with MB Brent Park. I am sure if you buy the car and its fine then no problem but as soon as there is an issue there is no customer service whatsoever and you will just be ignored and have to take it legal. The manager seems to believe he is above the law!

I PAID £1,700 FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR A CAR I BOUGHT FROM MB BRENT PARK. TURNS OUT THE WARRANTY IS FAKE AND MY LOCAL MERCEDES BENZ AUTHORISED DEALER WILL NOT HONOUR THE WARRANTY. HAVE TO TAKE THIS COMPANY TO COURT TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

AVIOD MB BRENT PARK, THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR AS THEIR CARS ARE ALWAYS GIVE PROBLEMS AND THE WILL NEVER HELP YOU TO FIX THE PROBLEM, MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS UNBELIEVABLE, I BOUGHT A C-CLASS FROM THEM, LESS THAN THREE WEEKS AFTER BUYING THE CAR, THE NAVIGATION SCREEN WAS OFF, HEATING STOP WORKING,BRAKE PAD GONE, SERVICE DUE AND 2 YEARS WARANTY WAS FAKE, IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE. I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT AND THEY WERE TELLING ME USELESS STORIES, I CAN NEVER INTRODUCE MB BRENT PARK TO EVEN MY ENEMY TO BUY CAR FROM THEM. PLEASE AVIOD THIS PLACE.

MB Brent Park were all friendly and helpful, I enjoyed while buying car and understand while they making paperwork/ given time to learn what I haven't known. thank you, Lok
