Bought a van off Mark this week,very nice guy to deal with, from phoning him at 9 am to picking it up at 1-30 plus his wife was great doing the paperwork and getting the van ready for me to a very high standard
Bought a van of this guy back in April last year, writhing a few hour had to contact him as steering was dangerous! He recommended a garage that I took it to and they “fixed” it, a day later It had a leak of some fluid took it back to the garage and when I called to complain I was told by Mark “I can’t turn a 12yr old van into a new van” I was made to feel like shit for wanting a road worthy vehicle. Anyway after that took it to my garage where I was informed it had a leak on the steering, two engine coolant leaks the new steering rack his recommended garage installed was faulty Along with a few other mint issues. In the end I traded the van in for scrap money in January this year £2295 down pan!!! And he sold my knackered old van as that still as an MOT... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! His vehicles are death traps

My wife bought a car from Mark, was advertised with features it didn't have. When I told him about a few broken parts I was told "I can't make an old car new". I expect a bit of cosmetic damage as it is a 8 year old car but not broken seatbelt warnings. Then the steering pump broke, he replaced it with a cheap noisy second hand part. The engine number also doesn't match the V5. When I did my own hpi it flagged up mileage discrepancies. Would not recommend.

After purchase we rectified a couple of general wear and tear issues for you, and fitted a secondhand PAS pump, that cost £400 fitted, that’s not a cheap repair on a £2500 car is it ? You collected car after new pump was fitted with no issues it was only 6 weeks later it became noisy which we looked at again for you but the supplier of the secondhand PAS pump 30 day warranty had expired. Regarding mileage discrepancy below is email from National Mileage Register showing there isn't any mileage discrepancy’s held and back to Oct 2019 when you purchased vehicle? I wouldn’t recommend any other business selling you anything without reading the other 75 google reviews you have left on other businesses. Sellers Beware !!! bought jaguar for £695 looked nice got home thought it was to good both sills totally rusted away there nothing there after a good look you can see they have tried to hide it I would not buy from mb car sales again

i have taken it to a local garage and been told the front nearside has collapsed and is unfit to drive please be warned dont use this dealer!!!! as i drove this car 45 miles home and i have had my grandchildren in the car we could of been killed all this damage to this car within 8 months of being tested rubbish they knew about it going to seek legal advice

Just picked up my second car from MB Carsales. After having my last car for 2 years I fancied an upgrade, therefore I paid MB car sales another visit and was very impressed once again. Lovely people that are there to help! Would fully recommend Thanks again guys :) :)
Do not use this car garage. Brought a car from here nothing but problems and wont sort it out. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
