This is the second time I've used this garage and so far both times I've received great customer service from James. On this occasion I had a diagnostics, tyre change & suspension repair. All of which have been great since driving away.

Recently I took my car BMW Z4 for a diagnostics at Medlicott Motors Ltd and identified there was a wiring issue. The repairs were carried out and everything has been great, it's showing no signs of the issue coming back. The gentleman that sorted it out explained everything before going ahead with it.

My friend had a part replaced on her car boot here a couple of weeks before my service was due, and recommended me to them. It was a great experience, the car is running really well after the service and the customer service I received was perfect! Everyone I dealt with was lovely and friendly especially James, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for my services in the future

Recently I used James at Medlicott Motors for a service and resealing of a tyre for my Astra, he was great and I would use him again. His customer service is spot on, would use again and definitely recommend.

James at Medlicott Motors is a good mechanic, he has done work on my vehicle's and he does a decent job, along with being friendly and easy to deal with. Ill definitely continue to use him in the future.
