Bad customer service, don’t bother calling you back, not interested in a conversation about anything!
Bewildering how such a big brand can treat customers with such disdain. Still waiting for £17,000 refund of a faulty brand new Smart EQ we paid cash for in March 2021. Mercedes Benz Weybridge ignore our call and emails. They use stalling tactic and delays to avoid answering our demands for a refund. We are now backed into a corner with nowhere else to go. Mercedes of Brooklands at Weybridge in Surry as most possibly the worst new car dealership ever to exist. Our only option now is The Car Ombudsman and County Court Claim. We have lost our car and lost our money. What are we supposed to do !!!

Bought used c63amg with extended warranty. Both head light misting up, gearbox need resetting, on collection they’d lost log book parcel shelf was missing and no locking wheel nut. Had better experience with small independent dealers.
I have just bought a used mercedes from Mercedes Brooklands. I couldn’t be happier. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I am very pleased with my E300 amg line and enjoyed a trip at the weekend in luxury and safety while still achieving 40.3 mpg. Ali the salesman deserves great credit for his efforts above and beyond the call of duty. When I went back to have the cherished number plates fitted he had the car cleaned again. Many thanks.

Afraid they have pure focus on selling and forgetting - they don’t return calls and hugely un professional. Massively disappointing. The only way anything will change if we/you don’t buy from Mercedes Brooklands.

I recently bought a new Mercedes from MB Brooklands from a gentleman called Barry who was very helpful and secured a great deal. Unfortunately 3 weeks later I was a victim of a hit and run. I took my car back to MB Brooklands and spoke to a gentleman called Lino who was extremely helpful, provided an excellent level of service and kept me informed through out the whole process. I must say my experience with MB Brooklands was very positive and I found them to be supportive, honest and considerate. Look forward to continue to do business with them and refer them to friends and family.

I wish I had read these reviews about Mercedes Brooklands before taking our car for a service and repair. The car went in with a 'squeak' and came out two weeks later and over £1,600 down! It was the worst experience with rude staff who misinform you. If we were ever thinking of buying a car from this dealer we have completely changed our minds. They really don't care! Absolute rip-off merchants! We will be taking the matter further.

Mercedes-Benz World Brooklands overcharged for a car, which I was prepared for as I expected good customer services. However, in fact the salesman was entirely unhelpful, and seemed to take pleasure in the fact that my heavily pregnant wife and I were so hamstrung by their bureaucracy - all literally two days before her due date. He insisted that the car I was part exchanging had a new MOT (despite the fact that it had a valid MOT with well over a month to go), and said it was "company policy", (again despite the fact that the paperwork said that all the car needed was a MOT with a month in date). The net result was taking time off work, and carting the whole family around for two days to get £25 worth of nearly impossible-to-find-at-short-notice spare parts - all when I was spending over £15k with them Avoid - buy from anywhere else. Honestly. The big flashy building just masks the fact they're a rip off, and the customer services is appalling.

Do not use Mercedes Brooklands. This is my local dealer and the worst garage I have ever used for service and helpfulness. I regret that I ever gave them my custom. There are plenty of dealers out there. All of which are better.
