I was really interested in buying a E220d Coupe in a specific colour and Maidstone had one. Terry, the salesman, was really helpful and sent two videos, which highlighted any flaws, pre and post prepping. Overall he was quite honest and attentive. I didn't go ahead because I went off the colour and Maidstone was too far to travel in the end (I live in North Wales). Thank you Terry.

Andy responded to my complaint by offering to charge me for replacement components they should have replaced during the warranty period. It appears they're happy to replace faulty components when they can charge the customer for the repair. When I asked why these components were not replaced during the warranty, I was told that clearing the error code from the onboard computer counts as a suitable repair. Absolutely shocking service!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The worst dealership I have ever dealt with! I bought a new Mercedes from them back in 2017. For two years straight I’ve have had the same issue with the car which they have never been able to fix. They have attempted to fix the car 4 times. And now the car is out of warranty with the same issue they have failed to fix, they are trying to charge £170 + VAT to read the error code on the computer. And then subsequent charges to fix what they should have fixed during the warranty period. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU'RE BUYING A CAR AND COULDN'T CARE LESS AFTERWARDS.

We booked a test drive one week before when we turned up we had to wait for a key to be found one half hour later a car was found it was obviously a demo car and who ever used it, it was in a filthy state with used crisps pkts and dirt on the door from a coke bottle we have owned merces for years but you can forget that now salesman hopeless

Very poor service from Mercedes in Maidstone. I had booked a service and MOT, and paid for collection. On the day of the service, someone called and said we can't service your car today because we are too busy. When I started to say how displeased I was, the person made it very clear they are not interested in dealing with complaints, they are only calling to book another date two weeks later. When I eventually did book a date, after waiting 45 min to check-in the courtesy car they promised had not been arranged. And the best part, they charged me £750 for the service. Never again will I ever own a Mercedes Benz.

Worst experience ever and Lookers Mercedes in Maidstone really don't care once the deal is done. Not recommended.
