I'm really happy with the car and service provided. Purchasing the car was really smooth from beginning to end. They ensured any refurbishments were done within the time frame I was expecting and the car runs like a dream. The service was topped off with a complimentary bottle of wine and 12 months free breakdown cover with RAC. I am more than happy with the car :)

I bought a beautiful BMW M4 from Adam at Mercia Motors. He sorted us out and was well on the the ball. I had a few issues with the car and he sorted it out, no quibble! I love the motor and its running perfectly now. Nice one Adam.

I cannot fault Mercia one bit, they were brilliant with every part of the transaction. From first entering the building they were extremely welcoming and friendly. They answered every question I had and were willing to help with everything. The BM that I chose was a beautiful car as well, it was in such a clean condition and is definitely an upgrade from my little run around. My Kia was delivered by Mercia Motors and I was more than happy when it arrived. The guys did such a good job with the delivery as I was on my lunch break when it was meant to arrive, so the guys did the best they could to fit the time slot, which I thought was very good on their behalf. It arrived in great condition, and had a fab valet carried out. Overall, I am very impressed with Mercia, and would more than likely look to purchase a car from them again.

One of the fastest car purchases I've ever made. We were in and out within about 20 minutes which I thought was fantastic. My niece knew the car she wanted, so we had a viewing, had a test drive to get a feel of the vehicle, then we were away. As simple as that! The car has been running perfectly ever since as well, she has had no issues at all. Great garage, I couldn't find a single fault with them whatsoever.

Mercia Motors have been brilliant from the get go, they were a really easy garage to deal with and were so relaxed when viewing the cars. When first coming to view the car they were very welcoming and extremely friendly, they showed us the BMW, (which looked immaculate must I say) they gave us the keys and let us do our thing. If I had any queries they were there to help, but they weren't constantly looking over my shoulder which was nice. I was allowed to test drive the car without pressure and plenty of time to figure out that it was the one for me. The transaction was so easy to finalise and was sorted within an hour or so. The communication from the garage has been great, I wasn't too keen on the tyres that the car came with, so the garage decided to split the price, which I thought was absolutely fantastic. I can't recommend them enough, they were absolutely spot on. If you have never been to these guys before, get yourselves down there now!

Upon the purchase of my BMW 118i, Adam was a godsend. The things I liked the most about Adam was, that he didn't push, he was easy going and he gave me enough time to try out the car without breathing down my neck, like I've experienced a lot before. Adam explained everything really well and tried his hardest to get as close to my budget as he could, he really was brilliant. The car is outstanding, I am LOVING it! I had a few questions after buying the car and contacted Adam, he took his time to explain everything to me and was super quick at replying. I highly recommend Mercia Motors and would ask for Adam.
