Extremely rude staff. There was a crack in the wind-shield, which wasn't on the advertisement. When I asked for the price to be reduced because of that he told me to split the cost with my insurance company, which is a joke. When I said I can't drive a car with a cracked wind-shield because if I get pulled over I'll get in trouble he said that I'm not used to English law because I have a foreign accent. In my 15 years of living in the UK I have never heard anything like this. I wouldn't take a car from them if it was free after the way they treated and spoke to me.
