I drove down from Scotland to purchase a car. I like the car and decided to buy it. I had the car for a day and the check engine light came on. I phone Mike Neal car specialist and explained the problem we then made an agreement that I would get the car fixed and they would send me a cheque for the bill. Phoned numerous times still no cheque. Would not buy from them again! They did not keep there promise I have given up trying.

I have bought to cars from this dealer and have had nothing but good experiences . Any issues were dealt with quickly and without any hassle whatsoever. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and not in your face. I bought a Lotus Elise and then a BMW 328 convertible and both were in excellent condition. I took a mechanic the first time and the dealer allowed him to look around the car no problem and the car was given the green light. I would definitely buy from here again and i found them to be honest and really easy to deal with. Everything is plain english, no hard sell and if it can't be done they simply say...so you always know where you are.

Wish I had read previous reviews befor I wasted my time with this man was ment to pick a car up from him on Saturday its now Thursday and the repairs he promised wont be done maybe he doesn't need to sell cars as his attitude was cant do the repairs so you wont want the car and hung up on me first class customer service I dont think

Well, after looking at the car it looked like a good buy to start with. The car needed a couple of jobs doing and they promised a service before handover. deposit paid and away we go, I then phoned to ask for the VIN and he gets all defensive and irate saying we don't need to do an HPI check, odd behaviour. I put him down as eccentric and carried on with the deal. Collected the car and low and behold only one job done but a stamp in the service book. He promised to phone when the parts are in as they are on back order to repair the second fault (still waiting his phone call and I have now fixed it myself at some cost by getting parts from the dealer who keep them in stock). Drove home from the garage and noticed a smell of oil, lifted the bonnet and within a minute noticed a split breather pipe (so much for the service, did they even lift the bonnet).

Purchased a car from him, all fine at the start but then found major engine problems.....didn't want anything to do with it, I have now lost my car as it turns out it needs a new engine, his temp repairs mask any problems for a short time, just enough to see him through his warranty period....shocking dealer, would higher not recommend at all

Have dealt with this guy in the past, not to be trusted, will happily take your money and rip you off!

Wow, went to view a car here. Never had such a bad experience. Tried to do the usual used car checks - oil, engine, general look around. Asked for V5 and vin number. Became slightly irate with us for doing these simple checks, stopped us doing them and the bece aggressive when we dared to ask to see the v5! The v5 didn't exist. Shock. Ranting that we were insulting him and being confrontational in front of our 9 month old baby. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! We're a quiet couple and were shocked. We said we'd HPI check the car at home and let him know that evening at which point he told us that he was wealthy (well done) and declining our business. Anyone who has such an awful attitude in front of a baby, won't let you do basic checks on a car and 8 ltd businesses registered in their name has something to hide.
