Well, I guess this will be the first review on here of Mill place motors, and it's not a great one I must warn. This happened in 2019, and admittedly, I should have fought back harder at the time, but I just didn't. I'm not sure why, but today I woke up and remembered how much I got screwed, so I figured I'd at least put my story out there to hopefully stop someone else receiving the same fate. I bought a 2010 Volkswagen Golf Plus from here, at the time, it was around £3000. It came with 3 months parts and labour cost Warranty. In the following weeks, my Coolant level consistently dropped indicating a leak along with other problems, I was refilling my coolant every 3-4 days. After a lot of missed calls etc, I went to them with it. They "fixed" it. Smooth sailing for a bit, then around 15 days out of my 3 months warranty, my engine failed and churned metal bits around and killed itself. Cost me Hundreds in trying to sort it, only to have it written off. Contacted them and they said there's nothing they can do......... Steer clear if I were you.

Wanted to purchase corsa advertised. Told Andy was away. Several messages/voicemails left. Awaited response. Visited site again to see vehicle with sold notice on. Total lack of respect. Absolute disgrace

Fantastic Car Buying Experience at Mill Place Motors in Gloucester!! Mike and the team were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, they certainly took the stress out of buying a used car and with Warranty cover provided as part of the deal I was really happy, everything was sorted out for me and the car was ready for when I wanted it. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I saw a lovely car on their website and went to view it. On first glance it was a lovely car. I was told the car had been MOT'd the previous day and had not received any advisories, however the breaks both front and back were in need of replacement, and there were two cracks on the windscreen right in the middle. How this car got through an MOT so easily I do not know. I mentioned these items to the dealer but they would not reduce the price to take them into account, just stating the MOT and said the car was fine. Very disappointed as on the whole it was a great car, just in need on some TLC but the price did not reflect this.
