I’ve bought and sold a number of cars through Moorlands and have always had the best service. Rob and the team are excellent and I’d highly recommend.

Purchased a vehicle from them in November. They are ignoring messages and failing to fulfill the promises that they have made on fixing this vehicles issues. I'm left with a vehicle that still has frustrating issues which looks like i'm now stuck with. Thank god for social media so others know to avoid this company for shocking service and buy from elsewhere. Hopefully from being forced to leave a review like this will get us a response or action in sorting out the vehicle issues and then give us something positive to say.

Please I want to warn anyone from even thinking to buy from these con men! Please spend your money somewhere else! They sell faulty cars! The warranty they give you it joke I bought an Mercedes GLS 16 reg for nearly 40k and 4 months later its gearbox and air suspension and some other problem ! Rang Moorelands but they dont care! Didnt even get a call back from their manager!!! Absolute sh#t show!

Avoid this company at all cost, they will happily take your money, but don't expect them to fulfill any warranty on the vehicle after purchase even if still under warranty. The vehicle had many problems.. spent 28k on this car to have so many problems.

We went to moorlands to buy a new vehicle fir our business after calling in before hand to check information on a certain vehicle was told the vehicle belonged to a Freind of the owner who was an electrician that turned out later to be a plummer after we decided to no longer pursue the finance because of this we were told it was cancelled after five mins of applying and assured thus was done before we left then to find out the application had been made and searches made against the business even after we had cancelled the transaction , that day my wife was going to buy a Land Rover from the same garage Range Rover because we were giving false information that was clearly written on the log book this was a clear request before we drive to view and an explicit question and request that we wanted a one owner private vehicle only Please be careful here attention to details they list out in over £50.000.00 of sales on two cars because of saying what ever it takes to achieve a sale buyer beware

I cannot recommend Moorelands enough... Wow where do I start!! From the very moment that I fell in love with the BMW M4 that I am proud to say is now mine the customer service that I received from Anne at the very start to Jack who sold me my car on the day of collection was exceptional. The price I paid for my girl was very competitive across the whole country, the car was prepared to the highest standards on the day of collection and the after sales package that also came with the car is everything that I could ever have wished for and I truly feel a valued customer who is very very happy! I called about a car that I wanted to put a deposit on, only to be told that I couldn't yet because they didn't have the car in the showroom, it was in the workshop. They said I wasn't the only one interested so I decided to ring each day to check on progress. Despite saying they would call me back on 3 occasions, they never did. I started to look at reviews for them and found this site which made me uneasy when people were complaining about the same concerning things. I decided not to call them again and see if they returned my call. Having received no call, I checked Auto Trader to start looking at some other cars and found that the advert had been removed! I think I probably had a near miss with this company and will never look at anything from them again. Absolute disgrace.
