I found Moorelands to be very fair on part ex price offered . Jake the salesman was very helpful and was not pushy and left us to look the Land Rover Discovery sport over which was presented in excellent condition. After a few weeks the battery kept losing power so I contacted Jake who immediately replaced it and arrange for the battery manage unit to be reprogrammed. I cannot fault the service I received.

My 21 year old daughter had problems from day one with her £20000 Nissan Navara. Day after purchase we noticed all 4 tyres were below legal limit with one showing wire . These were changed straight away but was very disappointed as the car had a full years MOT. Within a few days the engine management light came on and was told by this dealer to take it to main dealer as under warranty. Since August it’s been in the main dealer more than on the road. She picked the car up yesterday after having a replacement engine fitted and front brakes replaced as also below legal limit. The engine was replaced under warranty at a cost of £12500. We was refused compensation from Morelands and they also refused to cover the cost of the replacement of the front discs and pads after 2000 miles.. A BIG LESSON LEARNT. Never again

I test drove a vehicle and everything seemed ok apart from a few knock's on the front suspension which I was happy to sort out. We agreed on a fair price and I arranged for the vehicle to be collected and delivered the following week. The car arrived late on a Monday evening so I didn't get to drive it but the following morning I went out and started the car only to find a warning light on the dash and a message saying engine system fault. I wasn't too concerned at first as I was sure that Moorelands wouldn't of sold me a faulty car but I booked it in at a local 4x4 specialist and waited to hear the results of the diagnostics. I got a call later that day and to my despair they told me that the turbo had gone!! I couldn't believe it, they must of known of this issue but didn't tell me which I find absolutely sickening!! Anyway to change a turbo on a Land Rover Discovery is a massive job and I won't be getting much change from 2.5k after all the other problems have been fixed as well. So I went from buying a reasonably priced car to paying way over the current market value, please be aware that if you buy a car from this dealer to make sure you get a warranty otherwise it might come back and bite you as it has done with me. Would give Moorelands 0 stars if possible!

I travelled over 100 miles to get to Moorelands to view a E250 Convertible and was not disappointed. From the moment I entered the showroom, Ian and his team displayed a very high level of customer service. They allowed me to view the car at my leisure and there was no hard sell. I put a deposit down and explained that I would not be able to collect the car for another 2 weeks as I was away the following weekend. Ian replied that this was not an issue and that they would keep the car until I returned. I came back by train, 2 weeks later, and was picked up by a member of their team and driven to the showroom, where they took the time to explain a few of the functions and features on the car. Overall a very pleasant experience, a high quality good price car from a very customer focused team.

Bought Mercedes C220 Jan 2017, with what was supposed to be 6 months warranty which in fact was with a warranty company, who sadly wriggled out of repair cost at great expense to me, Moorelands were not interested at all in spite of air-con developing a fault within a few months... few months later front brake sensors failed and again dealer did not want to know claiming warranty company was responsible, all in the 6 month claim period...Although car was generally quite good, very disappointed in Moorelands attitude, just another dealer that can not be trusted or recommended, so just go careful with these guys and make sure you clarify just what you are getting for your money...DA

We purchased my car from Moorelands without seeing it, over the phone, based on information provided. It was an honest and accurate representation and I am very pleased with our purchase and the help we have received with a minor query was exceptional. I thoroughly recommend this dealership.

I bought an x5 from Moorelands who had said it had been serviced by themselves. On further inspection the air filter had not been changed and only the oil service was stamped in the book. This was supposed to have had a 10,000 mile service which had not been completed. Beware of what work has been carried out. Also the spec on the vehicle read that it had heated seats but it did not have this option. Every car I have had with leather trim I go for heated seats, so i was a little disappointed to find it had no button on the dash!

Very good experience with Moorelands Limited. I've had no issues with this dealership. I purchased a Land Rover back in August. It was very nice and clean and exactly as it was described and the dealers have been extremely helpful. I am very happy with the amount that I am paying for the car and I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone and would definitely use them again.

I purchased a Land Rover from here back in August. The dealers were extremely helpful, they even helped me get everything with my personal reg plate sorted which they didn't have to do. The car has some marks on the roof lining but it was no trouble at all for the dealers to get this sorted for me. The car was in amazing condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. They're really nice people at Moorelands and really flexible. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
