The staff at this dealership during my visit were very friendly. In dealing with me from a customer service perspective they were straight to the point, upfront and did everything we could have wanted. I test drove the car, loved it and then they delivered it to me, all in all a great experience and very smoothly done. I went for a Suzuki swift and its a great car to drive, I'm loving it. I am very pleased with the Citroen I bought from Andy at Moores Car Centre. Its a great car and drives perfectly every time. We've had a few issues with an intermittent headlight but the way that Andy has helped in resolving this for me is faultless. I let him know the issue I was having and he said as soon as it happens, come straight back in. He had me back in and let me know the issue and he sorted it. He's a great guy and I can tell that he is a real genuine dealer. I have no issues with how the sale went through, he was very patient and kind. I would be more than happy to purchase from this dealership in the future.

I was looking for a Mini Cooper and spotted one down at Moores Cars. It was a lovely car, and had everything that I wanted. I had a look round the car and was more than happy to take it! The guys there were all fab and helped me out so much. When I collected the car, it was all clean and tidy and it smelt and felt like a new car! I was more than happy driving away in my new Mini! He couldn't have looked after me any more than he did, he really took his time to make sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I went down the Moores Car Centre with the wife to look for something new, we had a look round and spotted a Ford Focus, it was a great car and a great price. The staff there were all really helpful and sorted us out really quickly. We put a deposit down and came back a few days later to collect the car. I just rang up and told them when I was coming and they made sure the car was all ready for me, all clean and ready to be taken away. I arrived and it was waiting for me, drove away in it and we've had no issues at all with it. A great purchase, we are over the moon with it!
