The car has been perfect since I got it 3 weeks ago!! It was my first time visiting Moores Car Centre and Andy provided me with first class experience from the start to the very end. I had a 1.2l Cleo before, so I am still getting use to the new power of the car with it being a 1.8 but overall, everything has been amazing.

The car has been amazing ever since I got it at the start of October, it is a daily car for me and I honestly can't fault it. I put a lot of faith in the sales team as they were very informative and explained everything to the letter.

Really happy after my recent purchase of my Ford Mondeo. The team were very transparent and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process as there was a bit of back and forth with the car due to another customer making things awkward but once the car was available the team called me up straight away to let me know it's ready to view. I took the car out for a spin, which the team let me do on my own before making my decision.

Since buying my car in October I've managed to put 850 miles on it and it’s been nothing short of perfect, there's nothing to report. The sales team were very friendly. I didn't manage to test drive the car, but the team were very transparent with its condition.

There is an issue with the car at the moment with the heaters not working and the coolant running through the car. Andy provided me with six months warranty when I bought my Citroen DS3 so as soon as I knew there was an issue with the car I rang him to let him know, he was so helpful and he could not have been more apologetic about everything. He booked it into the garage to be fixed so I cannot fault him for doing this and it shows to me that your in good hands dealing with Andy and Moores Car Centre. I would have no hesitation recommending Andy to anyone that is looking for an honest and trustworthy dealer that takes good care of it's customers.

This was the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had, Moores Motors were very friendly and welcoming, the cars are spotless throughout, I didn't feel pressured into buying a car either which was amazing because some dealers are in your face as soon as you get there. A genuinely nice dealer to do business with that puts their customers first. My Audi Q3 is like a brand new car. I love it and thank you so much to everyone at this dealer, I highly recommend them.

I have bought a couple of cars from Moores Car Centre in Wigan before and Andy has always been first class, he is confident in the cars that he sells and he does not over do the selling of it or try to push things on you. The Kia I bought from him this time round is 100 percent what he told me it would be, no complaints at all. I will continue to use this for all of my future purchases and I will keep on recommending Andy to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new motor also.

A sold five stars for the service from here, they are a great bunch of guys who were welcoming and down to earth, I enjoyed my buying experience with them. The Ford is superb and runs like a dream, I would recommend these to everyone and I would not hesitate to shop here in the future.
