I have been looking to change my car for some time now and have been to some of the big-name garages, and what a letdown! My friend kept looking on AutoTrader and scrolling through the different cars for sale and came across family-owned Moores Car Centre in Wigan, read the great reviews, and decided to go and have a look at some of the cars for sale. We were looking at a Seat Arona, and Andy came to us and asked us if we needed any help and then left us to have a look at the car. No pressure on us at any time; we decided to have a think about the car and went back 5 days later for a test drive. Andy was very happy to answer any questions we asked and drove the car to a quiet area for me to have a test drive. Excellent customer service. I loved the car and bought it. Andy sorted everything for me and even went the extra mile when we went to pick the car up. What a great person to deal with! I was welcomed right away and had the opportunity to look over the car at my own pace, without feeling pressured or rushed. After taking it for a test drive, I was blown away, it confirmed that it was the perfect choice for me. Since driving it away, I’ve had no issues, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them for future purchases.

I am very pleased with my Honda HR-V; it drives beautifully. This is not the first car I have purchased from Moores Car Centre; I previously purchased a Skoda from them, and you can always have good banter with Andy; he is a nice guy who goes out of his way to assist you.
