The customer service was one of the best I've been privileged to receive, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. From the moment we inquired about the car to arranging a collection date, they were extremely accommodating, always putting us first, which is great as we didn't feel pressured or just like another sale, so we really felt valued as customers. The car itself, a Kia Soul, is excellent and a joy to drive, so you can't pick a fault with them. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. 

Finally, we have the car we have wanted for a long time, the Infiniti Q30. It finally became possible for us to get the upgrade we sorely wanted, and it's perfect. We really can't fault the car; it really is everything we wanted and more; it's super practical with all the boot space; and it really doesn't let down in regards to comfort. In terms of the customer service received at Moores Car Centre, it really was top-notch and very professional throughout, with super friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't have asked for anything more from the dealership: a great price, a great car, and great customer service. 5 stars

My wife was in need of a new car, so like most people, we scrolled through AutoTrader and were able to find the perfect car for her, a VW Golf at Moores Car Centre. It had great mileage for her age and met all of her specifications, so it ticked all the boxes, so to speak. The staff were brilliant, and we actually arranged for delivery without seeing the car, so on the day, the courier was super helpful in giving us the time needed to inspect the car and even take it on a mini test drive prior to accepting, so we really didn't feel rushed. The car is driving mint and exceptionally well, so I really have no complaints. The customer experience overall was spot-on. Plus, the wife is happy, so that's always a bonus. 

My next door neighbour is actually the delivery driver for Moores Car Centre, so when I told him I was looking for a sporty coupe, he said he'd delivered a VW Scirocco that day - Talk about great timing! Andy and the staff at the dealership were great. There's a really chilled, relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to buy. Everyone clearly knows their stuff and were great to deal with; really efficient!
