I bought my Renault Megane from Moores Car Centre in Wigan and I am very happy with my purchase. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they gave me a great deal on the car. They also let me test drive the car before I decided to buy it, which was very nice of them. The car is in excellent condition and runs smoothly. It has all the features that I wanted and more. It is comfortable, spacious, and fuel-efficient. I love driving it around and getting compliments from my friends and family. The only issue that I had with the car was that it had some trouble starting in the cold weather. I contacted the dealership and they were very responsive and professional. They told me to bring the car in and they would fix it for free. They changed the plugs in the car and that solved the problem. I am very impressed by the customer service and the quality of the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car. They are honest, trustworthy, and courteous. They deserve a 5 out of 5 rating for their service.

You can tell this is a family run business because they really take pride in their customer service. The team were very knowledgeable, they were approachable, and it was really refreshing to visit a dealership who takes so much pride in their work.

I think the aftercare is just as important as the sale and the aftercare is great. I had an issue with my battery in my car when I first got it, but then as soon as I mentioned it to Andy; he was quick to get it in the garage and sorted, he even phoned me up to make sure I got home safe. It was a real pleasure getting a car from here and I would go back.

Hayley the Honda is amazing and I love her! I don't drive Hayley that much due to personal reasons with health but when I do drive the car it drives great. The team were amazing to deal with from start to finish, it was my first time purchasing a car from here, but I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.

What an amazing little Toyota I purchased. Since getting it at the start of November I've moved house, taken it down to London and I've had no issues to be honest. I feel bad because I can't remember the name of the salesman's man but he was amazing. The car was valeted to a very high standard, serviced before I got it, and I was very impressed with the knowledge the team had on the cars.

I've had my car for a month now, and I've only put a few hundred miles on the clock, but all is running well. I can't remember the salesman's name, but all of the staff were amazing from start to finish. I'm still waiting for my V5, this is the only reason I haven't given top marks.

Since buying my Skoda Octavia in October It has been amazing to drive, and it is a daily car. I've made a couple of 3–4-hour trips in the car so it has had a real-world test and there are absolutely 0 issues to report. Speaking with Andy was really relaxing, with a no pressure to buy approach. Once I took the car out for a test drive, I asked if I could have a think about the car before going ahead with it and he was more than happy for me to take my time to think it over. 24 hour later, I give him a call and said that I would like to go ahead with the car, and he got everything ready on his end. 2 days later I was picking up the keys.

The car has been perfect since I got it 3 weeks ago!! It was my first time visiting Moores Car Centre and Andy provided me with first class experience from the start to the very end. I had a 1.2l Cleo before, so I am still getting use to the new power of the car with it being a 1.8 but overall, everything has been amazing.
