I visited More Cars in August this year, I had not used them before so I didn't know what to expect. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm welcome and had a quick chat with one of the sales reps about what I had come down to look at. I was shown to the Citroen C1 I wanted to view and allowed to have a good look round it and following that went out for a test drive. All was well with the car so I went ahead with the purchase. This process was straightforward and efficient, there was no unnecessary waiting round.

I am itching to get on on the road in my Peugeot 208, I am currently waiting to sit my driving test so my Peugeot is on the driveway looking at me waiting to be driven! 🤞 Fingers crossed I'll be out on the road in it in no time! I have no issues to report regarding the car or the customer service I received, the team were outstanding and deserve nothing short of five stars.

My daughters first car was delivered on Friday, excellent customer service so far. We wanted the service book to be stamped, new MOT & full service carried out which was provided. The car needed to be delivered 125 miles away which they did. Ishy the owner was very efficient & a pleasure to deal with. So far so good....thanks for the experience. I would certainly recommend this company.

We visited More Cars Ltd today to view a nearly-new 110 Defender and take it for a test drive. From telephone call through reception, test drive and subsequent discussion, the experience could not have been any more pleasant. Lorraine, who we dealt with, was knowledgeable, professional and very welcoming. The atmosphere was calm, friendly and unhurried - there was no pressure for a decision or to give too many details too quickly. Whether we buy this particular car this time or not is something we are still discussing, but I will definitely check their site in the future as we do change our cars quite regularly. Based on our experience today I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Please do not buy from this so called dealership and please do not be enticed by the nice showroom they have. This company are very quick to take your money and VERY reluctant to help afterwards especially if there is a cost to them. Sold a car with faults already registered on the car, when I tried to remedy this and get it repaired they had me take it to a number of different garages before asking me a third time to take it somewhere else! The second garage found there was a fault with the brake pipes and a small leak, the dealer said as a good will gesture they would pay for half of the repair. So a good will gesture is for the customer to pay out even more money on a car just bought from them. Please read all the negative reviews, there is a reason why the same names appear within the complaints (Lorraine, Ash, Sammi etc), because these are the same people who take your money and do not care what happens when the car leaves the showroom. Buying from this company has been a nightmare from the start. Please do not waste you time and money, please go elsewhere and dont get sucked in my these cowboys.

I am not another dealer I was a customer who, I have never spoken to you nor dealt with you from More Car Ltd. Again do not buy from this dealer, absolute charlatans.
They sold me a car with a 3 months warranty but it turns out that the warranty that they gave is very cheap and your car is not covered, if something goes wrong they will always find a way not the pay it. Don't believe the paper work that they give you, it is all worthless!!
