I recently purchased a Transit Custom, and I must say, the sales team was exceptionally helpful throughout the process. It's been a month since I got the Transit, and it drives like an absolute dream.
I brought a landrover Discovery 4 and also purchased their warranty, It will cover everything the man said, he showed me. The turbos just failed, its taken me a month to get them replaced and the warranty won't pay out as its wear and tear. Everything on a used car is covered by that term. Miss-sold it the term I use for that. And 6k down

Bought a car from them a couple of months ago and I have had nothing but issues with it. I've taken it back to see Chris who just fobs me off, says he will fix it but it keeps coming back with the same issue. The vehicle has severe rust underneath that has just been painted over, it should hace ruat on a car 3 years old. This the worst experience I have had buying a car in my life. They are happy to take your money but couldn't care less after you drive away. If you are reading this stay away and go to a proper dealership. I am currently seeking legal advise to see where I stand. STAY AWAY!!

Recently I bought a Audi from MotoTom and it was a joyful experience. Car was valeted upon arrival and smelt brand new despite age. Salesman was really helpful and went beyond our expectations, he talked us over service history and what's been done to the car to make it look like brand new motor for new owners. Got a car from mototom last year had it 2 wks then problems started ...a big problem with the engine they took the car back sorted it then found a few other bits .Sent me to one of there garages which I wasn't happy about at all put glue on my car ! Then i wanted a copy of receipt as the job they got done was expensive so wanted for my history ...... 4 mths later lots of phone calls! and just phobed me off everything .wouldn't buy a car there again even though they sorted problem then just a nitemare afterwards and wouldn't trust them .
