I was in need of a bigger van for work. After looking online I found a suitable vehicle on the internet from MotorTom. The vehicle description was bang on. When I arrived after paying a deposit the vehicle was clean, well presented and the staff were helpful and friendly. I love my new van and will be returning to purchase another vehicle when the time is right. Great service, honest dealership with a good range of vehicles.
I went and visited mototom to look at a Citroen relay but the salesman Chris asked me if I was going into London as they had a low mileage ulez free Peugeot boxer. After a test drive I said if they can put 2 new tyres on and I opted for an extended warranty and they was much better value then other companies.

Wanted to try and find a limited model connect with no vat and mototom had 4 in stock and all in great condition the one I chose had no service history and the garage agreed to do a full service including timing belt and mot.

AVOID AVOID at all costs I see a van I was interested in so I put a deposit down and I said it is refundable to them just in case it wasn’t 100% happy with it when I came to look at it and they said yeah sure if your not happy when you view it we will send the money straight back to you well it wasn’t until I looked at there reviews on trust pilot the ones they can’t delete and thought no way I’m even going to look at it now as it was a bit of a journey for me so I rang them back up to get my deposit back and well what a nightmare then you see there true colors had to phone my bank in the end FRAUDSQUAD say no more and they also lied about when the mot was done so be warned ppl.

Hi we would Like to comment on this review and make people Aware that we took a £200 holding deposit on this particular van and prepped and arranged mot and service ready for the customer collection date. The customer did not turn up to collect the van and also kept us waiting for over 10 days giving us different collection dates, after a phone call to tell Us that he is not now buying our van, we agreed to return his deposit of £200 which was paid back via bank transfer on 14/03/204, we would Be happy to prove this and believe this review to be completely untrue and slanderous.
