Only time I believe a warranty has done what it claims to do, plus the mototom team helped with this stressful time.
I bought a result traffic for 12.995 told me full service history 1 week after purchase 3 fault hazards came on plus a red warning light contacted garage wasn't bothered the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on would not recommend stay clear I will b taken company to court
Lovely when they sell you a car , but after sales is a joke.Car broke down 3 hours after have it and took 3 weeks to fix.Had another problem and had to start a section 75. Do not use

Hi I would like to take my time to respond to this very short and non factual review from a customer who wont state there name or details. We sold the gentleman a car for hi daughter on the 21st December. Within a few days the customer complained about the car loosing the clutch and not being able to drive, as the garages where shutting for Christmas we agreed to collect the car and have our garage look over it. We collected and covered over 80 miles driving in the car and found no fault at all. The garage also covered 20 miles in the car with no problems or fault codes or warning lights. As good will and good practice we changed the clutch and fluid and re fuelled the car and dropped the car back to the customer. We did not hear again from the customer. 2 months later I received a message saying my remote locking key rubber button as worn away snd fell off and can no longer work. The message was very blunt and demanded we Would transfer £70 for it to be fixed and the car was not fit for purpose and we would be taken to court if it was not fixed. We replied saying we would order a key fob from a company of the cost of £4.95 and we would change this again out of good will and this was not enough for the customer. To date he has now left this very bad and very un true review and will not answer our calls to organise getting his new key button fitted. Many thanks A true and honest review of the situation
Purchased car in February, its had nothing but problems. Been in the garage 3 times for same problem after they say its been fixed. Failed to show any paperwork for supposed work done on car, asked for this several times. Leaking coolant and oil. This car was sold as good condition and serviced. Ha, jokes! Had to involve the finance company as mototom just ignored all calls and messages. When I did manage to get hold of them they were rude and couldn't be less interested in solving the problem, had your money on your bike attitude. 2 independent reports on this car by finance company, turns out much deeper underlying problems to the tune of £1500 to be fixed. Mototom have still been unresponsive to the finance company and to me. Completely unprofessional rude cowboys. Keep a wide birth. Giving them 1 star is too generous.

It was all going well until I needed reliability from the vehicle I purchased. I assumed a low milage 2020 plate Boxer, described as amazing condition would give me this. However, despite the garage assuring me they gave the vehicle a full service, within the 1st month I have an oil leak from the sump, which they have since admitted they knew about, broken down with a ceased pulley wheel causing power steering to go, and the spare wheel so damaged it's unusable which experts have since told me that it should not have been sold in that condition and tools missing to actually remove the spare wheel! All in all, AVOID. No compensation or slight refund for this costing me over £1000 already which they assured me their warranty would cover which it hasn't!
Cannot recommend this company enough they bent over backwards to fulfil my very picky needs, Van was fully serviced and detailed immaculately so Happy, did exactly what they said they would and even got it ready for me faster than initially agreed, over the moon thank you Regards Peter Southam
