Dave was the gentleman we dealt with. We were given complete freedom to check the vehicle over, inside and out. We had no feeling whatsoever anything was being hidden from us. The day before we were taken for a drive by another dealer who talked the entire time, had the cricket on the radio real loud and a window wound down. If there had been anything wrong we wouldn't have been able to hear it. None of that here! We were allowed to take the car for a test drive on our own after leaving them with proof of ID. We were out for about twenty minutes. This revealed a problem that had been noted on the advisory section of the recent MOT. They agreed to get it fixed for us though they didn't have to. That repair cost them considerably more than they anticipated but they stuck to the agreement and the car now drives like a new one. We are very pleased with it. Buying a second hand car is always a risky business. We don't expect the dealer to do a forensic examination on a vehicle before selling it on, neither do we want them to hide anything from us. We didn't have that feeling here. Thumbs up from us
I purchased a vehicle from this person. In the 5 weeks or so I've had it, it has broken down three times and failed to start 4 times I have spent £300.00 so far trying to resolve the problem. The warranty offered isn't worth the paper it's written on. All the paperwork that was supposed to be coming in the post still hasn't arrived. Auto Tom are more like Aurthur Daley in my opinion. Avoid you could end up like me with. £1900.00 garden ornament.

Moto Tom is the worst dealer in the UK. Car broke down and engine vibrating issues in first month. Had to not only pay £500 to fix it, Moto Tom absolutely refused to do anything with it. The trauma you have to go through is so much that I just gave up on them.
Moto Tom have a very helpful team of staff, they were very welcoming, I had already found the car I was looking through auto trader and called ahead so it was all very straightforward, after a quick test drive I was happy and I returned to pick the car up after the weekend. Great all round service.
