Bought a car from them. Used my perfect BMW in p/x plus £20,000 cash. After 4 months waiting for the car I purchased, the Director told me today that it does not run and can never be repaired. I asked for a full refund and he told me I'm "not having a penny because what I purchased from them was £40,000 of scrap metal and they'd parked it on a road in their town for you to collect and if you dare come to my showroom, i'll show you exactly what I want to do to you, you little prick" So i've handed it to the Police who will be investigating the theft of my BMW, the theft of my £40,000 and the threats to kill me. Meanwhile, they wont talk to me and have left the new, non runner vehicle, abandoned on an unamed street in Keighley. The company is owned by three equal share Directors. The controlling Director is N. Bashir and his son is a working partner. Be careful of them as the son was warning me harm by way of his Black Belt which he seemed very proud of. I'll get my money back and theyll be prosecuted for the criminal offenses by the Police, their business practice by Trading Standards. Meanwhile, I live as a disabled single parent in fear of violence or the threat he made that he would visit me and "trash your home and destroy it one night when your'e all asleep" Very nasty, very dangerous group of men who appear to have forgotten theyre just second hand car salesmen, not Don Bashir of Keighley Mafiosa.

Car blew up on day of purchase. $ months of telephoning and emailing. No car, no money. They tell me should just 'go away if know whats good for me and my family' They think they can keep £39,995 and just vanish, under threat? just want my money back.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Went to view car, not as described with paperwork. Accident damaged repaired, no test drive until paid for, started car no eml, but put it in gear to reverse on spot eml all came on. DO NOT BUY, or get a full independent report done on the vehicle.

This car is being sold with only 6800miles on the clock. Yet is has done over 56000 miles, and was used as a driving school car Are they truefull trusting and honest?

Today I drove for 7 hours to buy an Audi A6 Grey V6 BiTdi priced at £17989. I got there and the car has both wing mirrors broken, broken front bumper, broken rear windshield, damaged alloys, low thread on tyres, rust on the back wing and the engine shakes every time you start it. They assured me car was perfect even up to the point they handed me the keys. When I enquired and tried to see if they would offer any money off, they offered £100 (one hundred). It's a beautiful model and I'm sure others got caught out as I did. Save your energy and lool somewhere else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolute CHANCERS!

car was rotten so they valleted it wish id got it on finance then i could have reported them to finance company no sat nav sd card ,swapped the dealer carpets for cheep shabby ones, parcel shelf broken ,seat belt developed fault driving home, only one key ,and tried to over charge me to tax the car lied when i complained keep away

Interesting chat with Motor hub as i just got off the phone from volvo official used cars asking about when a timing belt needs changing and they said around the 100k mark . I went to moto hub Keithley and was chatting to the sales man as they had a s90 for sale with 102 kn on clock and he said this s90 had full service history and did not need timing belt replaced. I asked again has the timing belt been changed in the service schedule , he said it does not need it . I tried to reconfirm that this is part of the full service schedule and the salesman put the phone down on me . UMM i dont think i would use this company to buy a car and would advise others not to
