Used car sales have a reputation for not being honest and a challenging experience; this was not the case when dealing with Motor Match. Shane was extremely helpful from the first phone call; he gave me his honest opinion on the car I was interested in. It was exactly as described, and I have now purchased the car. This was a really easy and chilled experience, and I'd certainly recommend this dealership to others. 

From the moment I stepped into the showroom to the moment we drove the car away, Max, the guy who we dealt with me, was amazing. He introduced me to other members of the team, all of whom were really friendly, informative, and enthusiastic about the car I was buying. I will gladly be telling people about Motor Match in Chester because I was very satisfied with their services. They handled the car sale well and took me around the car to check everything was ok. The car has clearly been well maintained and displays no signs of problems, to be honest I would go as far as saying the car is as good as new! I cannot praise Matthew enough for the high standard of customer service I received from him. From making the initial inquiry to the handover Matthew was outstanding. He did not come across pushy, and he allowed me as much time as I needed to make an informed decision whether I wanted to buy the car from him.
