Where do I start... after dealing with a bad dealer in the past and loosing a significant amount of money I was a little nervous going to another garage especially one so far away from where we live. However Ive learnt not to tar everyone with the same brush. Having initially shown an interest in a suzuki jimny which unfortunately was not meant to be (through absolute no fault of motorport) to leaving today with our new Freelander, the customer service from start to finish has been second to none. Mark who I believe has not been at Motorport all that long is an absolute credit to the company and an absolute pleasure to deal with as is Dean. Mark kept us up to date every step of the way, and went above and beyond what I have ever known a car salesman to do to ensure everything was perfect for us purchasing our new car. We have already recommended Motorport to friends and family and when the time comes for a new car will most definitely be going to them first. Great service from Dean, nothing too much trouble. Got better price than Evans Halshaw for my old car and finance very affordable on new used car. No pressure very helpful. Went to view car and all complete in one week, finance was the easiest I've ever done. I have waited a little while to review to make sure the new car had no problems and it hasn't. Very happy with my new car ,have just got personalised plates, it looks brand new!

Bought my mercedes from these cowboys. The just want nothing to do with you after sale every time you ring the person you want never in. Had a slit in my car wing that a noticed once took home and give a clean down after couple days. The refused to fix and the car stands me £17000 all in a noticed a rattle from rear wheel the had it two days said nothing wrong so got my pal in car we could here it straight away and the didn't even take wheel off to look. Had judder on automatic gear box the reckon it fine a don't trust them a want it in writing off them to say everything fine but 4 days later still waiting. Going to mercedes once it in writing because a no there is faults there just full of #### and NEED CLOSED DOWN. A highly recommend anyone wanting a new car to stay well away from motor port in Newcastle cars, everything is rubbish about them.
