We purchased a Mercedes A class two years ago from Motor Range and were told the car had a full service history which is stored on the computer within the car and that it had a spare key. When we collected the car there was only one key but we were told that one could be purchased locally for about £45. This was the first in a string of lies, as a new Mercedes Key can only be obtained from the dealership at a cost of £480. We were also led to believe that the car had had a full service on purchase and twelve months later we returned to Motor Range to have the car serviced and MOT'd as we had purchased 12 Months warranty and were told the car had to be serviced with them for the warranty to be valid. This year, however, we took the car to our usual garage and were horrified when our mechanic told us that the car has NEVER been serviced. The air filter was black, The oil filter was the original one put on the vehicle and he had to hammer the wheels off the car as they have never been removed. Not only is it disgusting that they charged us £300 for a service that was not done but the car is used for motorway driving every day and there is a safety and reliability issue with their lack of honesty. I will certainly never purchase a car from them again and I would recommend that you look elsewhere when looking to buy a new car.

My son bought 2015 lovely car two/three months ago. Never been right, paid £6000, plus £1000 in Ford's for repairs, another £2000 needed to do further repairs. Motor Range? said get lost. LEAVE ALONE! They rubbish

Fantastic service! Jason was amazing, knowledgeable and really helpful. Really easy to talk to and gave us a stress free service. Even gave us a umbrella while it was raining outside so we could look around the cars :) I would recommend Motor Range Liverpool, especially if Jason was there. Great customer service. I went to Motor Range to look at a 1 year old Kia on Sunday the 29th May 2022 of which I was very impressed with , after we did the deal the salesman Steve told me that he had just recently sold the car and they returned it as it was to slow and that the previous owner was going to bring the log book in to the showroom on the coming Thursday which would be the 2nd June and that he would tax the car then for me, he said that I was OK to drive the car in the meantime as the previous owner still had the car taxed , I arranged to collect my car on Tue 31st May , he then did tell me that there was an £89 admin fee to buy the car and also £25 fuel charge as they put that in the car for you. On collection day , he assured me that he was going to tax it on Thursday , and on inspecting the car I noticed a chip in the front bumper what was not there when I looked at it previous, Steve the salesman said if he had seen it , he would have had it fixed, On the way home I had to stop at a petrol station as the car only had just over quarter of a tank which was the same when I looked at viewed the car, they kept my £25 and did not put fuel in my car. So from Tuesday I have been running round enjoying my road legal car , or so I thought at the weekend I got stopped with the police and made to look like a criminal for having no road tax, I explained that I just bought it and that the garage taxed it the Thursday just gone, luckily he let me go on my way, I phoned Motor Range and they did not tax it on the Thursday and was just about to go to the post office at weekend to tax it, therefore since Tuesday ive been running round with No road tax , I phoned Motor Range on Sunday 06th and they said they would call me back within 10 mins, guess what im still waiting, there is no decent after care, once they have your money they don't care , I was given an illegal car to drive around in, and they stole £25.00 from me for fuel they never give me, so I would not recommend Motor Range , im lucky that the police did not impound the car and get a £1000 fine for driving with no road tax , I also don't know why I should be paying £89 for the utter service that I received .
