Other than noticing a small problem with a knocking noise, the car drives fine. Kalum looked after me, and he was very nice, all the finance was sorted quickly, and it was a good service.

Mark was fantastic, really good service, the car was valeted perfectly and I have been really pleased with it. 5 out of 5 from me.

The Hyundai i20 has been brilliant with no issues. The buying process was done entirely over the phone. Tom sent me videos and answered all my questions, and then the car was delivered. I can’t argue with anything, and I would give it 4.5 stars.

I came across Motortrust while looking online for an MG. I have been really enjoying the MG ZS, I took it for a long drive and had no problems at all. Aidan was very helpful, took me on a test drive, and answered any questions I had.

When I was purchasing the car, the salesman was helpful. After the purchase, I have had a few issues. The air conditioning does not work, and my name was put incorrectly on the log book. Although the salesman has still been trying to help, it has been very frustrating, so for this reason, it would be a three-star review.

I would rate 4 stars but vehicle prep could have been better, Customer service could have been quicker and was difficult to get hold of anyone when you call

5 for customer service as I asked for some things to be changed and they were completed ready for the day of collection and completion of sale Also when I test drove the vehicle they just let me and my wife take it with no staff members which gave us a trusting and personal feel

During the sales process Kalum was perfect and so helpful. Despite a minor issue with the vehicle after collecting, which Kalum helped sort, the car is great so far.

Still waiting for a part, a back trim, which was promised to be delivered to us in 2-3 weeks. Apart from that, everything else was fine. Because of the part, it's 4
