I noticed an alloy was cracked and the tyre keeps going down because of it so I got in contact with MotorTrust and they are in the process of dealing with it. Also I haven't received the MOT certificate either. I dealt with Jordan on the day who was spot on, he's a top bloke. I'd give them 4 stars.

This was my first time buying a vehicle without seeing it in person, so I did not know what to expect. Kalum was the representative I dealt with leading up to the purchase, and he made everything very easy. I also liked that there was not a lot of paperwork. When the car arrived, it was exactly as described.

The day after I picked it up I had to take it back because the engine light came on. They had it for 2 and a half weeks and it was hard to find out what's going on and why. I couldn't fault Aidan at all though - he was really good. He was even contacting me on his day off to get me sorted out.

The button on the handbrake is being held on by tape which has subsequently come off. Every time I phone them the person I dealt with was never in and I was asked to phone tomorrow, it feels like I was given excuses. The car has been ok aside from that.

I am loving my new car from Motortrust, it is brilliant. I was disappointed with the service at the end, as it was not ready when I was advised and had to come back the next day, but overall the service from the sales man was good and they were friendly and genuine.

After we bought the car back home there was a scratch behind both of the seats which we didn't notice before purchase and it wasn't visible on the photos. I raised it with MotorTrust and they tried their best but couldn't help much. Also, it didn't seem like the car was cleaned because it was full of dirt. I dealt with Rizwan who was really friendly and attentive though, I have only good things to say about his service. I'd give the overall experience a 3.
