All in all I'm happy with my Volkswagen TRoc. I travelled all the way from London to collect the car after spotting it online and it was really well presented on the forecourt. There were a few niggles after I'd driven away (as is sometimes the way with used cars) but it was easy to get these fixed under warranty as they were always really helpful on the phone.

The whole purchase was fantastic! Mark really looked after us and bent over backwards to help with everything. Customer service this good can be rare these days so I will visit them when it's time for a change and look forward to giving them first opportunity to help again in the future.

All good with my VW Golf so far. I found the car online and MotorTrust made it super easy to view, drive and buy. Despite the showroom being local to me I'd never used them before but I'd be happy to use them again, Morgan was great.

My Audi TT is brilliant! I can't remember who I dealt with but the process was so easy. The car perfectly matched the pictures online and was well presented when I went to view it.
