Carl was a lovely man to buy from, he was so nice to deal with. He explained everything clearly and didn't rush me or put any pressure on the sale. The BMW that I bought is lovely, I've go no complaints regarding it. It was my first time using Motortrust, and I wouldn't hesitate in using again.

The BMW is great, I have been absolutely loving it, it is such a nice car! It was Ben who I was dealing with, and he was great, everything went through fine, no issues were there at all! The finance went through a breeze, no delays or anything. I was really impressed with the standard of cars they have at Motortrust, it was really impressive how well they look after their cars. I have told quite a few of my friends about how good their cars are, and would buy again 100%.

Shaun was a great guy. really helpful and spot on throughout. I told him if they get a Megane RS in to give me a phone right away. Every bit of info I wanted about the car I was given, photos, history etc. it was all sent across. The Renault was just as described in the ad so I can't complain really, and would recommend to anyone.

The car is perfect and has definitely met my expectations, Andy was a lovely guy, made everything so easy for me. Any question I had he was more than happy to answer!

When I went to pick up the car I noticed that one of the seatbelts had a bit of a tear in it, so I asked the guys to get that sorted for me. Andy was a great bloke, very understanding and tried his best to get everything underway. Although it did take a little longer as the part took a while to come, he did get everything in order. Since that little issue, the van has been a dream, it has been faultless, and so were the lads. They did their best throughout, so I would have to give the full 5 stars!

I found everything to be so simple and super straight forwards when I was buying from Motortrust. He went through everything really thoroughly and set everything out very clearly. I was kept up to date through every part of the process, and the guys were always on the other end of the phone when I needed them. I'd happily recommend, they were a great dealership to buy from.
