Carl was absolutely brilliant to deal with during the purchase of my BMW. He was so informative and knowledgeable throughout, always offered a helping hand when needed. He has even sorted me an inflation kit and has sent that out to me, so I can't fault him. I highly recommend.

I am absolutely delighted with my Beetle that I recently bought from the team in Preston. It has attracted a lot of nice comments which I'm not used to which makes me love it even more! It looks absolutely wonderful and is everything that I wanted and needed in a car. The customer service that they provided was better than I have ever had before, they were absolutely brilliant. The guy who I dealt with was perfect, listened to my criteria of what I was after and gave the choice of 4 or 5 cars. Then it was left to me to decide, he wasn't pushy at all and let me take my time when viewing them all. The questions I had were all answered and more than happy with how everything went, would be honoured to pass on my recommendation of Motortrust, they are an exemplary dealership!

Due to my Fiesta being a second hand car I was a bit sceptical on how it would perform, however, I am over the moon with it! The service that I received was brilliant as well, everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I couldn't have asked for much more from the team, thank you all!

So happy with the Clio that I got from this dealership. Sound car, drives nicely and looks very good too. It had been well valeted well when I went to collect it, it was really clean and tidy, they made it super shiny and polished, its been a job keeping it to that standard haha! Brilliant experience with the MotorTrust team in Preston, in fact the best one to date with any car dealership. Picked up the car and it was all as expected, all nice and tidy and cleaned. The salesman that I dealt with, I couldn't fault him, really great customer service from him, he took his time and explained everything really well. Definitely top stars, the whole experience was perfect and I left a very happy customer.

I must say the staff are lovely and helpful here, they went above and beyond to provide an outstanding level of customer care, thank you everybody who helped me buy my Toyota. It truly is the best car I've ever owned, I am over the moon with it. The staff were courteous and very helpful, I thank them for their hard work too and how quickly they moved. I am thoroughly enjoying the car and will be for many years to come, if and when the time for swapping comes, I will be back to Motortrust for one.

Great from the beginning to the end. My sales agent was amazing, got everything sorted quickly, in few hours I was driving home in my newly bought van. It is great to drive and has so much to offer. I will definitely be using these guys from now on!
