A very helpful and friendly bunch down at Motortrust! Everyone I delt with were lovely and so helpful from start to finish I cant remember the salesman's name but he was amazing, he made sure I had full understanding of the ins and outs of the sale, even down to the finance side of things! Since buying the VW Up its been nothing but enjoyable, its such a lovely little car to drive. I was really pleased with the condition the UP was in on my arrival, The presentation of the vehicle was great! My experience couldn't of gone any better!! I like knowing my car is a car that I can trust! I'm quite a nervous driver, especially in cars I don't know. It was a challenge getting used to the Mini Cooper but I'm great with it now. I was wondering why my car wasn't speeding up until a man at the garage told me that I had set my speed limiter to 6mph! ahaha! I test drove it on the Thursday when I went to view the car and because I didn't know where I was going. I wasn't very confident but the guys helped me a lot and comforted me during the test drive. The car has so many buttons and that scared me, not for long, the salesman went through everything with me which made me feel more at ease. Nothing but 5 stars for the salesman down at Motor trust. The delivery guy was great, he delivered the car my house, I needed to put petrol in the car when it arrived but it was dark and I was scared. Luckily I had the best delivery man ever, he came with me for the drive to Tesco's to fill my car up and kept me company. I couldn't thank him enough, Thank you!

I was in need of a new van for work, I noticed that Motor Trust doesn't just sell cars but vans too! I was intrigued so I came to have a closer look, well I was having a look around the dealership the Ford Transit Connect caught my eye. Perfect I thought, just what I needed! We went ahead with he sale on the van and during I received the greatest customer service, the staff were very good down at Motor trust, very helpful and friendly at all times. No issues what so ever, I can certainly recommend!

Me and my husband are both really happy with the BMW we recently purchased from Motortrust. Sadly, we weren't able to get time off together to view the car, so I viewed the car and secured the sale, and he went and picked it up. We were both so happy with the condition and how nice the car is to drive. The tea mwere brilliant with both of us, they were all so lovely and really catered to our every needs. I really appreciated the courtesy call I received from Motortrust, they gave me a call to check in and see how things were a few weeks after the sale, which highlighted to me that their customer care is bang on. The car has been lovely to own so far, I have had quite a few SLKs in my time, so know the cars inside and out, and I can confidently say that I am onto a winner. I have nothing to fault the guys with, they were smashing.

Really good service from all at Motortrust. I went to view the Tiguan they had in, and was more than happy with what I saw at the viewing. The advert gave a very accurate description, so there was no unwanted surprises when I arrived. The finance process was really simple and quick, I couldn't fault them really.

Andy pretty much helped me right from the beginning up until the very end. He organised all of the sale for me, and was great at getting the car ready on time.
