Where do I start...... genuinely had a preconception about car dealers/car sales owners/sales people! Motor Trust, you guys have been amazing! The aftercare service I have received is second to none! I genuinely think any other dealers would of washed their hands on me, yes I've had a problem, now I don't! Buying a Porsche in this weather may seem crazy but come summer and I will be loving it even more than I am now! Bring on summer so I can have some real fun in the new motor. With turning 70 this year my daughter said I needed a higher end car, something more comfy and smoother too. After my daughter purchased a Mercedes C class I had to see what it was all about, so I purchased the GLC Class instead. The automatic threw me off slightly as I've never drive automatics but I can say I do very much enjoy driving the GLC Class, it ticks all the boxes. I was pleased Dave and Kyle were so polite and patient with me, they explained in such great detail about every aspect of the sale. I didn't understand the PCP side of things but now I do and it was cheaper than getting finance or paying back a loan! Dave and Kyle were highly knowledgeable and most helpful. A very helpful and friendly bunch down at Motortrust! Everyone I delt with were lovely and so helpful from start to finish I cant remember the salesman's name but he was amazing, he made sure I had full understanding of the ins and outs of the sale, even down to the finance side of things! Since buying the VW Up its been nothing but enjoyable, its such a lovely little car to drive. I like knowing my car is a car that I can trust! I'm quite a nervous driver, especially in cars I don't know. It was a challenge getting used to the Mini Cooper but I'm great with it now. I was wondering why my car wasn't speeding up until a man at the garage told me that I had set my speed limiter to 6mph! ahaha! I test drove it on the Thursday when I went to view the car and because I didn't know where I was going. I wasn't very confident but the guys helped me a lot and comforted me during the test drive. The car has so many buttons and that scared me, not for long, the salesman went through everything with me which made me feel more at ease. Nothing but 5 stars for the salesman down at Motor trust. The delivery guy was great, he delivered the car my house, I needed to put petrol in the car when it arrived but it was dark and I was scared. Luckily I had the best delivery man ever, he came with me for the drive to Tesco's to fill my car up and kept me company. I couldn't thank him enough, Thank you!
